Great brunch spot. Fits the area well in atmosphere, service and food quality. Moderately priced. The Steak and Eggs were delicious as was the Shakshuka. Side Brown Sugar Bacon…yes!!! Their crafted coffees were really flavorful, and I’m not much of a coffee drinker. Can’t wait to come back.
We ended up here mainly because our group was able to be seated right away. We were pleasantly surprised- although they don't offer an extensive menu, what they do have is quite good! Highly recommend the chicken and asparagus with wine sauce! It's amazing. Only drawback, our server seemed to be offended when we asked to split our bill, other than that, we all had a pleasant time.
Always great fresh food, with comfortable chairs and a cozy dining atmosphere.
The restrooms are clean and they don’t have trash underneath the tables, having the fact that they have kids in the restaurant, too, they make sure always that their guests are treated very well and in clean conditions, served.
My favorite meal there is their salmon Caesar salad, the most delicious cheeseburger and their rich chocolate cake.
I’ll always stop by and eat there while I enjoy a shopping spree at Oakbrook Mall.
The service was great. Allison was a great server and the food was amazing. The burger was perfectly cooked and the chicken sandwich was so tender and that sauce I would add a gallon if I could. Salad was on point. Definitely recommend it.
I recently visited Beatrix in Oak Brook Mall and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. As a vegan, I was thrilled to see the variety of options they had on their menu. One dish that stood out to me was the Chicken Bebe. Despite being a vegan option, it tasted incredibly flavorful and satisfying. The combination of spices and textures made it a truly delicious choice.
Not only was the food amazing, but the atmosphere of the restaurant was also very inviting. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant itself had a modern and stylish decor, creating a comfortable and trendy setting.
Overall, I highly recommend Beatrix to anyone looking for a restaurant with great vegan options. The Chicken Bebe was definitely a highlight for me, but I'm sure there are many other delicious dishes to try. Whether you're a vegan or not, Beatrix offers a wonderful dining experience that is worth exploring.
I've dined at several different Beatrix locations, in downtown Chicago and at this location in Oakbrook. This is a Lettuce Entertain you restaurant, and it's probably one of my fave places for breakfast/brunch. The breakfast cocktails are always good and fresh. I like the egg white omelette with turkey bacon if I want to eat breakfast. For brunch I like ordering the Caesar salad and adding salmon or avocado. The coffee here is always super hot and delicious. There's also a bakery section with lots of good cookies, slices of cake, and muffins. I def recommend this place for breakfast/brunch but you should probably make a rez if you don't want to wait bc it can get super crowded.
The espresso martini, though petite, packs a punch! The fries are a crispy, with pieces of lemon, so yummy. The Brussels sprouts had a kick and the whipped feta dip a fluffy cloud of creamy delight. My applause goes to the ricotta ravioli. I shall return for the pasta pockets bursting with creamy goodness!!!! Beatrix is a buzzy affair. Tables are close, conversations spill over, and the open kitchen adds to the lively hum. Good place to go with friends.
Had such a lovely meal during restaurant week! Everything we ate was delicious and generous portions too. Will be back!
