I just want to take the time to reach out and thank Bear Creek taxi.
Every time we come to Southern Oregon they pick us up on time. Rob has always made sure he has a car reserved for us and we are driven safely to our destination of Jacksonville Oregon. His cars are not only nice new beautiful Jeeps,he keeps them very clean on the inside too, his drivers have always been very polite, well dressed and my girlfriends & I always feel safe. Coming from Las Vegas it’s like nite and day in terms of cleanliness, and feeling safe. It’s always a nice enjoyable ride to and from airport.
I know Rob also does Wine Tours so my girlfriends & I will definitely be making another reservation on our next trip here.

On time, professional, a very clean, luxury ride. Rate is reasonable. They stay in communication with you to ensure prompt pickup and delivery. We could not have been more pleased with their service.
Today was an experience that I have to share because of the extraordinary way Rob (owner /dispatch) and Annabelle (driver) @ Bear Creek Taxi took care of their passenger's needs. I work at the medford airport and this lovely (senior) passenger came to check in for her flight only to realize that she had dropped her cell phone (and ID) in the back seat of the taxi. She remembered that the driver, Annabelle had given her a business card. So I called Bear Creek Taxi and spoke to Rob, who radioed Annabelle, who looked in the back seat of her car and came directly back to the airport to give this sweet woman her phone. She was nearly in tears, knowing that without her ID (that was with her phone) she couldn't fly! All's well that ends well. ???? Our passenger is on her way to visit her daughter in California and Rob and Annabelle are ready to transport the next customer. There are truly wonderful people in Medford, today I met 3 more ! Rob and his team are my go-to anytime I need a taxi! Their cars are SUVs, super spacious and comfortable. They are always on time. Super easy to book via phone or text, and always reliable. Very courteous and friendly too. Basically, they’re our family and my work #1choice for taxi service in the Valley!
My S/O had just touched down at Medford and Rob was the first one I called. Not only was he already at the airport, he was sweet and handled my franticness over the phone. I was able to get estimates and have a ride ready for my S/O. The prices are great, the customer service is amazing and I would 10/10 call them again! Thank you so much ????????
I ride from the airport almost every week. When I see Bear Creek out front I'm super excited because I know i'm getting a clean, safe, and professional ride to my destination. I've called upon Rob and his staff from time to time when I had to get to the airport and they have always been at my call. Bear creek is not a Taxi or Uber it's a professional ride service. Jackson county should be so lucky to have Bear Creek Taxi around. Other's should take note.
What a great service, new vehicles. Even a new Wagoneer that seats 7 passengers 6 comfortably.
