Love the location, love the coffee and food, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. The last three times I have come in, I stand at the register and nobody is there to help me. I kinda think the employees hand out in the back of the building or something. Today I stood there for 3 or 4 mins and then just went and took a seat. And then waited and watched until I could see someone come out from the back.
The place was very dirty. The floors had not been mopped in days or even weeks. They gave me the wrong order and then insisted it was my fault - that I'd asked for the wrong drink. Rather than trying to offer good customer service, they said they could charge me again for the drink I wanted. The manager of this location needs to be more involved with customer service training for the young people working there and ensuring the place is clean for customers.
Whatever equipment they use in the kitchen makes the loudest, most obnoxious noise you can imagine. I feel sorry for the employees that have to endure that awful noise all shift. No wonder their service is poor and unfriendly. Food is good, coffee is ok but the experience at BnB sucks!
This is a really great local coffee shop, employees are nice, the drinks are great and the atmosphere is very welcoming. This location practices very through and safe COVID-19 policies. They require masks and social distancing inside and allow for limited contact curbside pick up if requested. They limit the number of customers at any given time and keep the location very clean. I generally feel quite safe when visiting this place.
The Staff is super helpful and polite. Love their blended drinks the most as they do them so well. The best B&B in the valley by far. I used to work down the street and would go there 3 to 4 times a week for years and NEVER had any negative experience. Highly recommended!
All though it's part of a chain, this place has a great local feel to it. The baristas knew what they were doing and were very friendly. Plenty of comfortable seating inside and out. The coffee tasted great with a smooth medium roasted fruity flavor. Glad we decided to stop in.
The employees were very friendly... it was a better customer service experience than what I’m used to at Starbucks. The drink I order at Starbucks or beans and brews every time tasted the exact same as it does at Starbucks. What I mean by that is that it was great and that Starbucks isn’t better with the quality of their drinks in my opinion.
They have a chill environment for business meetings and Wi-Fi for free. Love having my business meetings here.
This place was filthy, it obviously hadn’t been cleaned the night before. The staff were apathetic and rude. My coffee was warm and the vibes in this place are low. What happened B&B? I’ve come here a bunch of times in my life and this was a surprising and disappointing experience.
