Love me some beans and brew! Personal favorites are: iced Mr. B and the revolver! The revolver definitely gives me extra energy!
The food was yummy, pictures don’t do it justice. The turkey, Swiss and avocado was amazing, I crave it! The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was spacious, clean and up to date.
Terrible service, after asking for my order multiple times they still ignored it and didn’t serve us the food. While servicing other customers.
After asking many time they finally decided to make it. They kept saying they were going to before but didn’t do anything.
Not sure if it’s because we were the only non white people at the store or why we kept getting ignored and just not being served.

The workers are always welcoming and kind to me and every customer. Olivia in particular always makes my day when she's working. Also love the frozen Mr. B!

I went in to get a drink and I was given one that was already pre-made that was just sitting there, I asked if I could get a fresh one but they argued with me that it was a fresh one but the drink was pre-made. I go in almost every day and this had never happened before. There were 3 girls and none of them 3 were willing to help. I paid for a drink that I threw away in their trash can.
Beware of the drive thru and check your drink before you leave. Several times at this location I pay for a 24 ounce hot drink and they only fill it up to 20 ounces. The visit today I paid for a 24 ounce Mr.B and when I got to work opened the lid and they literally only filled it to 16 ounces.
Our barista, Kayla, was amazing! She was so sweet and made our drinks extremely quick.
This is, hands down, the BEST Beans and Brews location. The staff is super friendly and kind. The owner bends over backwards, to train his staff in excellent communication and customer service skills, and will go above and beyond, if there is a question, or concern. I have been coming here, for three years, and often spend my Wednesday mornings here, drinking coffee and reading. My husband and I come here, every Sunday morning, for our veggie burrito and decaf Americano. We are just sad that the franchise did away with our favorite Vegan burrito (not their fault), and we don’t really like the two new flavors, so that is a bummer. Their Americano coffee is delicious!!
