This location is close and convenient to my house and it used to be really good but everytime I get a drink there the quality just gets worse. This morning I stopped and waited 10 min behind a single car and though the barista did apologize for the wait my drink was awful. I get the same thing everytime and I know when it's made correctly and when it's not a mocha with irish cream and lavender. My drink was gritty with grounds and you can't taste any of the flavoring. There are so many coffee grounds you can see them they coat the top and side of the lid and top inside of the cup. I'm going to have to change locations because this shop has just been turning out awful drinks. I've never even from other coffee businesses had my drink be gritty and filled with coffee grounds like this.
Not big on the weird music but it's a coffee shop so. Service was good. The food and drink was good as well. I was able to sit down and get my paperwork done for work in a great atmosphere.
I love this beans and brews so much! They may take long on your order sometimes but they are the sweetest here!! They always have a positive attitude!
My wife went in and asked for a holiday classic at any coffee shop a chai mixed with a little bit of egg nog! The barista if you could call them that at a pre mixed B&B couldn’t comprehend mixing egg nog into a chia and told me she’d have to get the manager. When the “manager” came to the counter she proceeded to call my wife a “special type” for ordering me the drink and acted disgusted she would even ask for it. Save your time and dignity and go to an actual coffee shop
Came here to get some coffee and Addie and Ella were so nice to me! I’ve never been here before and they were so nice to give me samples and give suggestions. Overall great experience because of those two.
I really enjoy this location. They offer some good coffee... and some great service. Kate was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Expect this location’s drive thru to take FOREVER. I keep having hope service/drinks are going to get better each time but it’s just a disappointment.
I totally enjoyed my free drink. I was given one with opening my points account.
