owner more than unprofessional when it comes to his money. i went there with an issue of my window motor being not in place anymore. not going into details. he said he can only make sure the window stays up. ok fine, it’s a start. i need to mention, i took the door panel off, which he referred to i broke the door. so when i picked up my car, i was presented a $86.40 invoice, wow but ok the window is up, so i thought, until i started the car and was about to leave the property. i turned around right away bc the window came back down. i tried to ask for a refund, as the owner told me he can’t fix it to the point it all works again. i thought, ok just get my money back and deal with the door later. he did not let me finish talking, stormed out and got one of the boys to fix the issue and have the window up. not to mention i had to wait and i was expected to get back to work.

fast forward, i fixed the window, the door and everything for less than $10. it was a simple fix.

i came to the realization that they kept the window up with a piece of wood with a NAIL in it. do i need to mention the nail left a dent in my door?

went back to request a refund. he did not let me finish talking again. i have been unhappy when i arrived, interrupting me and claiming i broke the door did not help. needless to say he refused a refund bc apparently its a 5 hour job to find a piece of wood, jam a nail in it to keep a window up. also needless to say we ended up in a yelling contest. i changed my language as he did not seem to understand what i was saying. thats when the owner kicked me out of his store.

1. i was not in panic when i got there on a wednesday (see date on invoice) afternoon on my lunch break at approximately 12:20 not on a friday right before closing

2. you failed to mention that there were several sizes of screw drivers on my seat!

3. the door was NOT severely damaged. it is correct about the holes.

4. i did not refuse to show you the damage of the nail. however we ended up in a fight and you kicked me out and you refused any cooperation during that conversation that ended in a heated moment

5. i did not hit a bump. i don’t know how you know what happened in the time i was gone for less than 2 minutes.

6. the issue was not irreparable otherwise i would have not been able to do it

7. if you were so busy you could have sent me on my way. i didn’t held you hostage to take my car in

8. i was never informed how much this incredibly professional repair will cost me. i was just told yeah your car is good, window is up, that’s 86 bucks!

9. after the window came down, i tried to talk to you but you were absolutely uncooperative and did not stand still for 20 seconds to talk to me

10. when i mentioned the wood with the nail you claimed „this was the only way to keep the window up“. if you didn’t use a piece of wood, i wonder how you did it then? with your statement you call me a liar sir. i am not a liar

11. you mentioned i kept cursing. not at all. you were yelling at me as well. don’t act like you did not lose your temper! i dropped the bomb in regards to the nail when you were about to grab me to get me out the store. that was the one and only time i cursed. you had no means to take over any responsibility or find any sort of compromise.

now you are spinning things around like you did everything in your power for great customer service?? really??? i don’t think so

Took my 2011 Silverado to them today with 3 problems.. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed all 3. Price was very reasonable considering what they had to do. I do a lot of my own work on cars, so I understand what it takes. I met Stan, the owner, he's the best. Will be a repeat customer, but hopefully, not soon :)

Rolled into Beach Boyz concerned about my tire sensor and road noise seeming louder than normal. The gentleman listened, checked my air pressure, triggered off the sensor and took me for a spin to evaluate the noise issue because he could see I was worried..He didn’t accept payment, gave me exceptional advice, and sent a (much relieved) me on my way. I lived about 30 miles away and would gladly have traveled to make this my maintenance go-to. I highly recommend this business and understand why his customer satisfaction ratings are so high. Trust me-and trust him.

Here on vacation and had problems with our truck brakes. Called first thing in the morning and Stan encouraged us to come right away. He diagnosed got the part and brought us to the beach while they fixed it. Amazing service! Thanks so much!!

lived here 2 years and always worried about a repair service that would eventually need. Well the time came and I went to Stan at Beach Boyz. had a nightmare brake problem. He took care of it. I know allot about cars but I let him explain as I do with every new mechanic. he insisted I understand the process. I do this so I have no fear of referring family and friends in the future. His service and crew are great. If you live here feel secure in being treated fairly and confident you are being treated honestly. I would highly recommend this auto repair shop. I brought my daughter's SUV in after hearing a grinding noise in the front end. Stan and his team of skilled mechanics quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly described the repair that needed to be done and detailed why. The work was done in the time they said and at the quoted estimate. The folks at Beach Boyz are very knowledgeable, professional and provide outstanding customer service at very fair prices. On a side note, I returned several days later to their extremely busy shop with an unrelated issue. They repaired a loose exhaust hanger in a matter of minutes. The cost? Well, I was told to have a good day. Beach Boyz Auto Repair is definitely my "Go to" shop. Thank you again Stan.

I was concerned about an unfamiliar ticking sound in my engine, And I stopped by the repair shop without an appointment. The repair man/owner? Came out and listened to the sound and assured me that it was not a major problem. He did not charge me for this consultation, and I want to acknowledge the generosity of this company!!
