I bought a groupon voucher, I called for making the appointment right away for two more weeks, my french is very basic but she perfectly understood me and her answer was that she didn’t have any availability any soon for me. After I realized she kept taking appointments from other people on Groupon. In conclusion, I felt discriminated against for not speaking good French and the voice of the woman on the phone was very unpleasant and without any patience. She just wanted to quickly cut off the phone. She told me to ask for the money back because she simply wouldn't take any appointment for me. I do not recommend it to any foreign friend because the service is terrible. As a tip, you should also learn a little English if you want to expand your business with foreign clients, but with that attitude you will get nowhere.
Amazing haircut for a great price! And they know how to deal with curls, which is not always easy!

Fabulous first experience at Be Beautiful Salon ! I went for a straightening treatment and not only is Nadia very knowledgeable, she is also incredibly kind and generous. She shows a true passion for her work by sharing tips. The treatment lasted 2 hours but it felt so quick thanks to the great chat. I left feeling wonderful and in high spirit. Thank you Nadia, i will be back :)
I had a terrible experience in this salon. Nadia was very nice during my haircut. However, when I came home and gave a closer look to the haircut I saw that it was not straight at all and very uneven. On the top of this they cut way too much than the requested. Finally, they charged me 65€ when I only requested a wash, cut and dry. When I called to kindly explain the issue they were very rude and not understanding at all. They did offer me to come back to the salon but I would not want to go back considering the quality of the last cut and specially seeing how rude they were. Never had any experience like this in any hairdresser. It is very upsetting. I would not recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice haircut.
I randomly found this salon, which was in front of my hotel and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience in Brussels! The owner Nadia was very helpful, kind and professional. Nice, clean and very friend environment. Excellent service and great quality/price ratio. I definitely recommend it! Thank you again!
Super nice experience! I did haircut and ombre with Nadia - very professional and friendly with a personal approach. Also the ratio price and quality is very good. I was very happy with the result and will definitely come again for the next hairstyle change. :-)
Very good experience! I called last minute on a Saturday to have a straightening treatment and haircut and Nadia put an extra effort to find me a spot in the late afternoon.
