The guy is reliable compared to other cabs in town, but he can seem off putting and awkward sometimes. Not sure how to explain the vibe, almost annoyed sometimes. But at least you know he’ll show up.
The older gentleman was nice and kept conversation light, so it wasn't just an awkward ride, but the older lady didn't seem too pleased to be driving people around and made it a long, awkward, and quiet ride...
I’m shocked by how rude, smelly, rancid body odor. Was very unprofessional and spoke so poorly about another taxi company in town. Warned me (almost threatening not to use the other company). After that experience, I will never use BC taxi again. I would highly recommend Lark Cab they were prompt and kind.
Great and fast service, I very much appreciate and recommend them! They picked us up at 1am when we were in a bad situation in a very timely manner and called on Monday to schedule a pickup and was right on time.

Best taxi experience yet! Saved my butt after we broke down, even let us bring our dogs in the car. Took us to an auto parts store and recommended a hotel. Great ride and great service! Can’t recommend this taxi service enough!
