I went there to get a fill this afternoon and cannot believe how terrible my nails look. I am not one to complain or even write a bad review but I just want to warn others if you happen to walk into this place for the first time. I’m sure this place has wonderful nail technicians but whoever I saw was clearly lacking experience. He cut my finger and it has been bleeding ever since I left and he used about 5 coats of polish. He was going to put more on and I literally had to say “no more polish” My nails are filed so much on each side you can see my nails underneath. There is also nail polish all over my fingers. Just terrible! Will not be going back there ever!
I really enjoyed my experience here! My husband and I both went to get pedicures and they did a great job! Facility was CLEAN and staff was very nice! What I really liked about this place was the little things they did to make you feel welcome (give you a drink of your choice, move your shoes for you) KINDNESS GOES A LONG WAY!
I always give businesses two chances. This was my second chance. This was the most terrible and highest priced manicure and pedicure ever! The previous post are correct in stating the employees do not care and they rush you through to make a quick dollar. I was only in the chair for about eight minutes for my pedicure and ten minutes for my manicure. He didn’t offer to file or shape my nails. He put lotion on my hands and feet, cut my cuticles then tried to start painting. I had to ask multiple times to have my nails cut and filed. He also grabbed the wrong color at first and insisted it was correct. After repeating myself multiple times stating the color was wrong (offered dark red, I chose a neutral color) finally he stated they did not have what I chose and I had to choose a different color. He kept insisting that I spend more money getting fake nails, etc. which I repeated multiple times I can not have w/ work. I did not receive half of the services I paid for. I could have done the same services I received (cut my cuticles, put on lotion and painted my nails, with brand new nail polish) for an eight of the price and been highly more satisfied. He tried to get out of painting my nails while doing the manicure, he kept stating “you have such nice nails you should keep them plain.” He rushed me out the door to clear a spot prior to allowing my nails to dry. My nails were visibly still wet and the polish was chunky from him not taking the time to smooth it out. He did not offer to fix it. The salon also keeps and reuses the slip on sandals and toe separators. They have a sign posted stating please return sandals and separators to the basket. ????
Love, love, love my nails! Thank you!!! The service is friendly. The salon is clean. I also get deluxe pedicures with shellac and love the heated stones and towels. I've seen men in there getting manicures and pedicures and it looks like they're providing them with just as awesome service as they do the ladies. Oh and last but not least, I forgot I locked transactions on my card, they were very understanding and patient while I unlocked it, much to my embarrassment. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!
They were very kind and It was fine, but it was definitely not the same experience I've had in the past. Parts seemed rushed and even skipped a few things they used to do. Maybe it's a change, but for the price it didn't seem worth it.
Perfection! Tammy always goes out of her way to make me happy. She is an amazing artist with beautiful ideas. She is so cheerful, it's impossible to leave without a smile! Love my nails every single time. I will never go anywhere else!♥️
I hate to make poor reviews, but I had a terrible experience at this salon. I asked for a simple French tip, and they completely obliterated my nails. I have gone here many times and should have known better than to get my nails done because I’ve never been 100% satisfied but this time through the line for me and really upset me. I had to go to another salon immediately after to get them fixed.
I tip to good to get rushed out the pedi chair. Please take your time with me. Remember my face. I deserve a little extra love. bc nails is the best and I expect nothing less
