Best WLM Reviews
First time doing a Vegas casino steak house and no better way than to experience it here at Bazaar Meats. Got the 2 adventurous cocktails and the consomme cocktail was a uniquely warm drink. Cotton candy four gras was a surprise snack and goes for the button mushroom. The tenderloin and the washugyu are both excellent cuts and enjoy every bite.
Such a wonderful place and great vibe in Vegas. One of the best restaurants we’ve ever been to. It’s different from anything we’ve experienced. The presentation is spot on and it’s not cheap but totally worth it! My wife and I went on a date night and decided to splurge on their ULTIMATE TASTING menu. We wanted the full experience and it did not disappoint. 15 foods all very different kept us intrigued. First time eating caviar Japanese wagyu beef. Everything was so delicious and we still talk about how great the meal and experience was. It’s hard to pinpoint each food because ALL OF IT was phenomenal. We will be back for sure! If you’re looking for a great dining experience all around and you have $$& to spend in Vegas then look no further than this gem. Enjoy all the photos we took of this EPIC meal.
Never have I ever been to a restaurant that moved a bonsai next to our table to add onto the energy and complete the vibe of the meal ????
This is a meat shop, so we made sure that we ordered all the best meat they have to offer. We ordered suckling pig, classic beef tartare, cotton candy foie gras, jamon and waygu on a hot stone. It’s a selection of meat and flight of carnivorous experience. It’s amazing how the texture, the age, the fat and lean ratio and the flavors varies drastically or subtly by the types of meats.
Their tapas style dessert is a must-have to end the dinner with a sweet tone. The currant raspberry mousse and yuzu cheesecake are such amazing delights.
Wow, the food here is transformative. The steaks were phenomenal, every bite was good. And most were amazing. Very expensive, but a wonderful experience. We tried the wine paring, and I’m not sure that was worth it - probably would have been much cheaper and more fun to just order cocktails and wine. Great for an anniversary.
It has been some time since I was here, but the experience was memorable. Seeking out Japanese A5 steak wagyu, Bazaar meat was one of only two places in town that had the real deal. The atmosphere was top notch, but beware, so are the prices! Even the bathroom was clean, large, and kind of above average. We ordered A5 medallions, a whole lobster, and dessert. The steak was delicious, but we could not afford enough to make a meal out of it. The meat was cooked right at the table on a hot stone. The lobster ???? was prepared to perfection. Chef Andres ???????? does a lot of charity work. I have no regrets about my visit and I will definitely be back again.
Possibly the best steakhouse in Vegas. At least it was an outstanding experience for me and our party.
We had a chef selection steak course menu. The course included various type of soup, candy, appetizer, steak, and desserts. Every course dishes were great. Honestly, I did not expect such a high quality steakhouse at Sahara since it's not the top 5 star hotel.
Both service and atmosphere were also great. Such a nice experience with my party and all dishes are simply not forgettable. I will definitely visit here agin when I visit Vegas in the future.
This spot in Vegas is the real deal. Bar Centro, led by Chef José Andrés, takes cocktails to a whole new level, and the dishes? They're absolutely top-notch. Those accolades like the James Beard Award and Michelin stars?
Totally deserved—they just confirm this place's outstanding quality. With those private rooms, it's perfect for special gigs. No wonder it's hailed as the best in Nevada, racking up awards like Wine Spectator's Best of Award of Excellence. Food's presented flawlessly, and the service's top-notch. Though I’m more of a bar counter fan—the view over the open kitchen is killer.
Every time we swing by, we opt for the Chef's set, and man, no regrets. The creativity, the presentation, the mix of flavors and textures? They give us the full scoop that we’ll be back here in a jiffy!
Very disappointing experience! We were trying to be polite at the dinner, but the more we think about it, the more we hated our experience, so decided to write a review! So my boyfriend booked a Valentines day dinner for us at Bazaar meat (yesterday, Feb 14th, 2024), first of all, our reservation was at 9pm, and we arrived earlier, was hoping to get seated early, but we didn't, instead, they seated us half hour late! We didn't get our first bite of our food until 9:45pm, that's beyond annoying and we were starving by that point! It was supposed to be a very romantic dinner for us, because I told him I was so looking forward to trying their food because I heard so much about Jose Andres! But we paid including tips and tax almost $400 for the food we got only for one person's portion. It was beyond strange that they only give one plate for each course of food, and the portion is so small and pathetic, and we both left the restaurant hungry and angry about the whole situation! $165 prefix menu before tax and tips. What we paid for that price but every course is one small bite. We could have been to a Michelin star restaurant to have better portion, food tasting experience and service experience! I get it, you made up a prefix menu on a holiday and you are beyond busy, but that's not an excuse, our server really didn't check up on us either. This meant to be a fun and romantic dinner, but it was a huge disaster and disappointment!
