I was referred to this body shop by Progressive Insurance. Seamless claim process with Progressive. Service advisor John was very helpful. Without him I would not have used this shop.
When I went to pick up my vehicle, John was out to lunch. I had a question about the repairs and cleanliness of the vehicle (rained the night before after they supposedly washed the car). I asked another service advisor (Hispanic looking with glasses) for assistance. He almost refused to help stating I had to talk to John. The advisor finally came out to the car to clean a spot that had a chemical stain. The passenger window was also dirty on the inside but I easily cleaned that when I got home. When John came back from lunch he went over the repairs. It seems like there is little teamwork at the shop potentially affecting customer service.
After getting hit by a deer coming from Naskila casino hitting jackpot my front drivers side was a total loss...Good thing I picked a great place to take the car to get repaired and I couldn't have pick a better place...Great job sending updates and status...best thing of all I had left some of my winnings stashed under the seat and when the car returned it was still there....that's goes to show they don't be looking into all your belongings....from the front desk ..to the techs.and to the final touches by Mr Andre...5 stars to a the Bayway Team...Fantabuolus..job...Keep up the great work..FYI o always detail my cars...the 1st pick is a pic of my work....
Excellent repair. I took my Volvo here after someone ran into me. It took about 4 weeks but it was worth the wait. Not only did my car look as if nothing ever happened, including the sparkle of the perfectly matched original color, but the price was as estimated. No surprises at the last minute. I definitely recommend this business.
Please read the reviews not just the good ones all the negative reviews have the Same problem in common ( wish I did before I took my vehicle ????)
Very unprofessional “very poor level of communication no one calls you to keep you update. Had to leave my truck back twice after they said it was done . The first time it still had dents , after pictures were submitted to insurance they still had the audacity to question if they were accident related , second time it was given back to me 30 min later a service light turn on , my vehicle was in their possession for almost 3 months . And I didn’t received not even 1 call from them I had to contact my insurance provider to find out about my truck.
Please Do your self a favor and don’t bother with a place like this, when they don’t have any consideration for your needs. I WILL NOT use this place ever again
You can talk to Jessica she is great she will answer your questions and call you back when she says she will she gets a 10+ but the body repair team and office people in charge of the insurance side SUCKS !!
David Brown is amazing! He's very kind and professional, he kept me up-to-date as the repairs were being made to my vehicle. His kindness and professionalism helped me have a great overall experience with Bayway Collision. Have used this shop a couple of times repairs have been good along with good customer service.
This time repaired was done good.
This time customer service was horrible.
Charlie who handles my insurance companies repairs did not at all do a very good job.
Could not give you very good updates on how it was going. Did not call back when he said he would. Gave my insurance rep a time frame of when it was going to be ready that fell through. Six hours later I just went to the shop and in about 5 minutes they brought my car out. So I have no idea how long it was ready without a call from him.
So if you have to use this shop I hope you don’t get stuck with Charlie.
Will never use this shop again and will not recommend to anyone.
I don't leave many reviews but hopefully this saves someone else the absolute headache they have caused me. After giving me a time estimate of two weeks, I received no contact from them. I contacted them the day before I was to pick up my vehicle and was told it would be ready the next day. Each day I called for the next 5 days, and was told the same thing. Then I was told it would be another week! At the end of that time, I was told it would be ANOTHER week! I have now been without my vehicle for a month! I have spoken with other repair shops and given them descriptions of the damage. All of them have said it should have taken no longer than 8 work days. I am now talking with my insurance to see if I can have the vehicle towed somewhere else to have the repairs finished. If you have any option, DON'T GO HERE!!
