My family and I have ordered several times on uber eats. I know that crab leech eggs are not harmful to humans but this is unsightly. For 45 for 2 lbs this should have been scrubbed. They Vietnamese so I knew they wasn't going to give me my money back. Just had to throw it away. Won't be back. The fried stuff is good though
I am extremely disappointed in the cost vs. the amount of food I received today. This is not my first time ordering from this place and the food tends to be pretty good, but charging almost $11 for 1 pieces of boudin (not even a full link) is quite a bit. On top of all the fees on UberEats. I was also missing condiments. I’m glad I had cocktail sauce at home the shrimp I ordered.
We all understand inflation, but the prices are definitely off with this product. Every other time I have ordered it has been a larger portion.
I hardly ever leave 5 star reviews on restaurants but this food is AMAZING!! I ordered the fried catfish and broccoli (best broccoli I’ve ever tasted). Also, they give you super large portions for the price you pay ($10). Not to mention the customer service is outstanding! Will definitely be returning.
This place is in my neighborhood; literally down the street from where I live. I could walk here on a nice day. It shares the side lot of a gas station and is across from a Walgreens. The lot is busy, but there aren’t a lot of people hanging around outside like some gas stations. This restaurant is fairly busy. Lots of people in and out. I ordered the catfish with broccoli. I enjoyed my meal and the price was good. I paid less than $10 for my meal. The portions were big and everything was well-seasoned. I’d definitely stop in here again if I were in the mood for inexpensive seafood. There isn’t a lot of parking, but people are in and out so fast that you don’t wait for a spot to park. If you’re in the Lithonia area and in the mood for a quick bite, this place should do.
Not only is the proprietor friendly and courteous, but, he's one of the best cooks I've ever tasted. And fast preparation too! Prices are very reasonable, and the food will melt in your mouth! I love this place <3
I was looking for somewhere different to get seafood and I saw some great reviews for this place so I decided to give them a shot. ordered online, had it delivered through Postmates.
I will say that the coleslaw looked more like salad with some sauce on it, was very sweet but it was good. also the gumbo was very tasty with the right amount of spice, the shrimp po boy could have used a lot more remoulade sauce, was slightly dry, no pickles or anything on it, just a few bits of lettuce but a lot of shrimp. I somewhat remedied the dryness by adding some of the very sweet coleslaw. I also ordered fried okra but since I ordered online with delivery it was slightly cool by the time I got it but I fixed that by just dropping it in a little Grease to heat and crisp it up. Overall not bad.
Food ordered through uber eats. I gave specific instructions! No rice in my gumbo, put it on the side! However, they piled it in there!
Shrimp and scallops were so salty that I couldn't eat it. I will NEVER order from here again! $40 in the trash #smh
Fresh seafood cooked to order. I got the catfish and large shrimp with onion rings and crab cakes. Very nice ppl, friendly. Parking lot is not that lit up.
