Rooms were clean. BUT found roaches!
House keeping knocked on door twice and called once and even after I said no thank they took it upon themselves to just walk into the room after being told NO!
Beds were not comfortable. Hard as a rock.
Didn’t even out new shampoos or conditioners. Bottles were half used. The paint on the ceiling in the shower was falling into the shower.
One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Dirty and not maintained, automated check in happens at a digital kiosk so no real person, no pillows on one of the. Ed’s and the other had only small, half sized pillows. There were also stains on the walls and curtains,… one of our friends key cards didn’t work and the maintenance person said it was the lock so recommended she stay in the room all night and not leave or she’d be locked out.
We had the room booked for 4 days with 3 other families and all left after the first night. And the images in this google page look nothing like the facilities. Completely dilapidated and not taken care of.
I booked 5 rooms for a group that was coming for a horse show at Tryon. We arrived relatively late in the evening and were greeted by a digital kiosk to check in. There were problems with all 5 rooms. Rooms online were advertised as "2 Queen Beds" - this is not the case in the double rooms. Beds are full/double size (smaller than a queen). The rooms were in poor condition, heaters and air conditioners were not working properly, bedspreads and pillows were missing, one of the doors to the rooms didn't work and we were told to "just stay in the room" since there was no way to use the key card to go in and out. (!!!) One room had roaches and another appeared to have what looked like blood on the curtains (not kidding). We paid for the one night and cancelled the rest of our stay at this hotel and moved to a different hotel.
Positive: Absolutely nothing Negative: There was no staff. Like, at all. The place smelled like bed bugs and piss. The pool had no water in it and was filled with kids toys. I watched what I thought was a drug deal happen outside. I literally walked into the hotel and walked back out. Negative: ""
Positive: The room was very clean. Great location. Negative: Being assessed a $100 security deposit upon check in. HVAC supply vent is not adjustable. TV is mounted too low on wall. Breakfast is poor. Negative: ""
What a great team here, the breakfast is all kind of heat and eat, but it still absolutely outstanding. Service was magnificent. The people were kind and courteous. What a great place to stay and the price is so right thank you team we really appreciate you.
We have stayed twice. The room was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. You can tell it is not a new property but the room was refreshed in the recent past. The bed was perfect, the room featured tile floors, flat screen tv, modern furnishings, usb ports, good internet, air conditioner worked well without extraneous noises. Breakfast was lackluster.
My stay here was awful. When I checked in and got into my room I went to unpack. The drawers were all dirty inside and had bits of food in them. House keeping only came once the whole week I was there and they only emptied the trash that time.
