First I like to thank Bryan, Ron, Twin, and Garfield for providing me with a great and stressless experience with my move. These guys carefully packed and transported my stuff many fragile items to the truck.
They were kind, and professional and kept in good communication with everything. I also like to thank both receptionists for keeping in contact with me about my move and the concerns that I had. I moved from one part of Manhattan to another and I know how stressful these moves can be. I can honestly say for the first time I'm not a bit stressed. Thank you Baya Movers!
Side note: I had paid a large amount that they should have told me that rapping up my furniture was included, but didn't. I
spent a few hundred dollars to buy rapping and took 2+ weeks for me to do everything myself when I was disabled. That should have been disclosed to me to save me all that trouble & stress. They wrapped a few items. I feel like they should have given me a bigger discount. Because I practically rapped everything myself.
Arrived on time. Packed and moved the dirtiest apartment I have ever seen. Cleaned up after they were done. Not afraid of spiders. Would recommend to a friend.
Baya Inc. made settling into my new home incredibly graceful. As a survivor of domestic violence I wasn't exactly sure where to begin, or continue my new journey. I want to especially say thanks to Frank and all movers who made me feel safe and secure during this new transition. Along with the furniture that was donated I am especially greatful to finally be able to sleep on my very own bed with peace of mind.
I will never ever! Use them again! Ever! First of all my move was scheduled for 11am. I waited at the storage till 3pm. I received a call asking me to reschedule which I forfeited. Upon their arrival around 430pm I was highly upset being that I traveled all the way from Brooklyn. The owner showed up with 3 other guys. The owner has an attitude because I declined to reschedule. He was very rude and inconsiderate. I noticed he is standing on my AC to reach for boxes on top. We ended up exchanging words and he informed me I am the manager after a heated back and forth. He aborted the job and sent up his wife. Go figure. They load the truck I leave and head back to Brooklyn only to receive my items around 730pm - 8pm. I started unpacking and noticed boxes are missing snd items are broken. I am highly upset and this is the second time using this unprofessional company full of thieves. I will probably never receive my boxes and the items broken priceless. If you are considering them don’t!!! I strong advise you to try another company.
Michelle, Bryan, Garfield , Twin , Luis - definitely the A+ Team. The most efficient, stress free move I’ve ever had. They were all very polite, professional and fast. A great example of team work. My belongings were carefully wrapped and/or boxed with special attention given to a flat screen tv and some art work. Everyone was constantly in motion handing off to to other team mates and moving things along like it was a well planned and practiced end of game drive to score the game winning touchdown. Score!
Highly recommend. Double down on that tip boss! Well deserved.
I forgot to mention Maya who helped me with the bids and scheduling the move. She really had the patience of a saint and was pleasant and very responsive as I had to reschedule everything several times due to two stays in the hospital. That was stressful enough in itself and she handled things in a way that allowed me to relax and recover without worry. Thank you Maya!
The movers they sent were AWESOME! Chris, Felix and Joel were so helpful! My storage unit had been flooded ... unknown to me. They were patient, helpful, and genuinely sympathetic to my situation. They smiled the whole time and were extremely calm . My move should have taken no more than approximately 2 hours. The extreme water damage nearly doubled my move time... they never complained. Thank you Minerva and the team. Thank you so much to the boss.. HRA played a sister, but Baya looked out big time. I didn't lose my precious photos. A whole generation would've been lost in photos, more like a couple... long story short..sometimes a small gesture can make or break things.. everything will turn out fine just as long as you keep it 100. God blesses you with 1000....
