Setting at the airport not hungry looked up the bays menu and saw smoothies! I got the mango smoothie. Perfect!!!
I stood at the counter with nobody else around and listen to three employees carry on a conversation completely ignoring me finally when I said, excuse me, the one girl turned to me and said how can I help you! I wanted a breakfast croissant and she said they don’t have the stuff to make that, it was 9 o’clock in the morning! So I chose a chocolate muffin that was in the case and got a water paid my $10 and went to eat it at the tables provided in their area and every single one of them were covered in food and napkins And nobody the entire time I sat here after wiping my own table down, came out to clean anything! They just stood back there and talked amongst themselves and then waited on the occasional customer that showed up and made them coffee. Completely rude and uncaring. I would not recommend , coming to this place if you expect to have some fresh food, the chocolate muffin was old and dry.
Posting for a good friend. Tampa international airport. Terminal A. My friend didn’t feel well. Went to order a tea and asked if they had peppermint tea (the girl was washing the floor as my friend waited.) finally she said obviously yes we have that tea, it’s right there. My friend has sight impairment. Rude. I watched 4 more would be customers walk away because she was washing the floor, looked at them, said nothing and continued with her chore. 4:00 pm April 28, 2024.
Bought 2 bacon, egg, and cheese. Both were still frozen.
Went back, they cooked two more and the egg was still frosty cold.
Service was good though.
Simultaneously the most expensive and worst cafe con leche I've ever had. It tasted like a shot of espresso watered down to the consistency of normal coffee. Ybor (and Tampa in general) has some of the best cafe con leche outside of Miami and cuba for half the price. My white a$$ $hits better cuban coffee. The bagel was rubbery and goooish. The cream cheese was okay because it was prepackaged and they had no hand in preparing it. The atmosphere is akin to TGI Friday's and the staff was friendly.
Service staff VERY RUDE, Starbucks just around the corner with a well deserved long line…why? because Starbucks staff is nice. The Indian checkout women should get another job if not happy or satisfied. BTW, when a handicapped women drops and leaves her walking cane, help her out and hold her cane behind the counter, two people tripped over it.
A also wanted to note the staff will not hear muffins or any food, I guess the multi-thousand dollar oven heat the staffs heads….these people are idiots.

Rude staff, at least ine in particular!! Girl, you should not work with the public.
Lady, I did not hear you. Then telling the other staff member that she was going to throw away my drink because I didn't hear you call out my drink?! I have a loud toddler that I was attending to. Not all about you, except for this review.
Cashier was nice. Sitting area was pleasant.
Worst experience! I came by earlier today and was able to get my military discount, due to a long delay I went back again. The woman told me “no military discount and if they did have it she would use it” I inform her I showed up earlier and got military and will look for my receipt earlier to show I was given the discount , what seems like her superior at work came by the register and gave me the discount. Not only did she lie and say they did not give it, when I said I would find my receipt from a previous purchase and her superior gave me the discount she seemed upset she was wrong and told me “this is not Starbucks what’s ur problem” when not only did I say nothing but this employee straight up lied at first why the got aggressive and confrontational with me, I said I’d find my precious receipt which I did . Jessica A needs some serious work. I feel like her lying is illegal in itself then the aggressiveness is considered legal harassment with how she was with me. I never make reviews but I truly believe this employee needs let go for her treatment and lies honestly, who works at a place and says they don’t do military or they would use it if they did then Badges me and her own workplace conspiring to Starbucks, with this employee I am sure all the other reviews about a terrible employee is her, either way I know the law and this place is ready for a lawsuit, I assume because I’m Asian is the reason she LIED and bashed me.
