Chaim at Bay 64 Auto made an absolutely miserable situation bearable....he dealt with the insurance company and made sure that my car came back looking better than it ever looked before! He was at the scene of the accident within 10 minutes with a loaner vehicle,and when my car was ready,brought me back my car and picked up the loaner...even though I wasn't in New York at the time...I call that real service!
