Best WLM Reviews

We enjoyed a lovely lunch here where I chose a selection of dishes to introduce some family to Indian food. Everything was very good. Not the best Indian I've had, but delicious none the less. I will say, the service was OUTSTANDING. Some at our table were really going through the water.... but it was constantly being refilled, cheerfully. I would happily return again, should I visit Indy again.
Overall a great experience! Was me and my husbands first time there and also first time trying Indian cuisine and the staff were more that helpful and overall nice when it came to helping us choose what to get. The food was AMAZING and we wish we would have taken some Nan home with us. Will definitely come back in the future.
I will give them 0 star if i could because of the experience i had today. First of all they embarrassed me in front of my guests by telling me that i have to pay gratitude fee because we were more than 6 people otherwise we should sit on two separate tables. He should not say this in fromt of my guest i felt so embarrassed.
2. All of their employees were confused while taking orders and preparing them.
3. Food quality was very poor when i told their employees about food wasn’t good and smells bad and naans were not properly cooked they seems like they don’t care.
4. Quantities were low but prices are high
I will never recommend anyone to go there.
5. Customers service is zero star.
Very little wait time, attentive staff and good food. Medium spicy was well done on the hot side! Shrimp dish and vegetable curry along with naan were very good. Recommend putting in your list to check out
eel if they walk around with an iPad it is amazing. Forget greeting you when you are there they treat you like you are never required there. Now coming to food, me and my family who are food lovers and drive distances for foos could not even relate to a single dish that we ordered to be forget authentic at least tasty. Every dish I had chat powder added to and what is that taste. We ordered Apollo fish and chicken 65 as starters and both of them are deeply oil fried dish with the same sauce added to it. We could just taste sauce and oil in both the dishes with a lot of chat powder. Next we got a dosa and luckily it took 20 minutes to get to us and the reason was it is freshly cooked, seriously 20 minutes for one dosa? Then came the best part biriyani and unfortunately we ordered two types to see the difference and if we would have waited we would have walked out. Both the biriyani was identical with same taste except one was the chicken from chicken 65 used and the other was chicken that was boiled without any spices. As we bit in to the chicken we could not get Ben find a flavor. I am truly amazed how can such a place be rated so high. Two things one there is a lot of fake reviews done by a BPO from India or people in Indiana forgot the taste of good Indian food.
Had a great time with a group of friends here for Sunday lunch.
Everyone working here were friendly and nice.
Walking in, there is no one greeting you at the entrance, so we walked right, and there is a large hall there - I think that's just for large group reservations.
So we walked left, and there is another door where the restaurant is, and there were people there to help us find seats, etc.
Masala Lollipop chicken:
This one wasn't quite what I was expecting as a "street food" they described. It was good, but I probably won't order it again. I thought it tasted more like gochujang based flavor than masala, and there was a LOT of sauce, so the chicken wasn't as crispy as it could have been. But this is the first time I've tried this dish and I have no point of comparison.
Goat curry:
I think it was the curry that we got? It might have been the tikka masala. I can't believe I don't remember what we got. It was goat. And it was good. Great! Very yummy. Thinking back, I think it was more the tikka masala than the curry.
Would I go back? absolutely. It was just a great experience overall.
Bawarchi Biryanis in Indianapolis Offers Authentic and Delicious Indian Cuisine.
We rave about the restaurant's Bawarchi Special Chicken Biryani, Vijayawada biryani, and other biryanis, which are prepared with high-quality ingredients and spices.
Wanted to emphasize on Chicken lollypop, hakka noodles (chicken / veg), curry leaves chicken, Mango lassi. Must try.
The menu also features a variety of vegetarian options, such as the Amaravati veg curry and Paneer Pataka, that are equally praised for their taste and quality.
Highlight of the restaurant's commitment to delivering a true Indian dining experience, from the modern fine-dining setting to the excellent customer service.
I would love to mention Shailesh: he manages customer really well, guides if someone is new to Indian food.
I have ordered multiple times (to-do orders) from this restaurant, it never go wrong.

We had good food and experience. Food is delicious and service is really great. Deepak did a good job serving the dishes and asking exactly what we needed. He gave exact spice levels food.
