First time using these folks instead of driving all the way up to Ottos BMW. Excellent communication, service, and fair pricing. They make communicating and viewing quotes super easy through texts. You can also pay right through the portal which is nice. I honestly wish more shops did this. They are also communicative in regards to where your vehicle is at in the process.

I purchased new tires and went here to have my tires changed and balanced on my 5 series BMW. I was excited to have a local shop that specializes in BMW’s.

When making the appointment, I specifically declined the complementary inspection. When checking on the status of the work, I learned that they did the inspection anyway. I was not happy to hear that they decided against my specific instructions and it also cost me another 45 minutes waiting in their showroom next to a set of tires, although the chair was comfortable.

When they delivered the car, the tires and rims were filthy - it literally looked like old tires. I was surprised and asked to speak to the mechanic. He said the the tires get dusty in transport and the gunk all over the wheels was necessary. They gave me a card for a basic car wash.

When I got home, I opened the trunk and found a box of old lug nuts. Why? They said they were extras! Why do I need extras?

Then they called and said they forgot to return the wheel lock key, which is pretty important. They dropped it off at my house with another complementary car wash ????‍♂️ the next day.

The final straw was that I noticed some scratches on my rear bumper which required touch up paint.

For a simple job, Bavarian Motor works really disappointed. . The office people were very nice, but given my experience, I would not recommend taking your BMW there.

Called to check whether I could have my car serviced for PA safety inspections and emissions sticker. Even though it was nearing Thanksgiving holiday they were gracious in accepting me and providing prompt service. Really an asset for foreign car owners for knowledgeable and trained technicians at prices that beat the dealers. Highly recommend this company for professional service and behavior.

I realize I'm repeating myself but, as I've said before, the service here is excellent. The team is most accommodating. They provide a detailed analysis of the problem and best way(s) to fix it. In the months since I purchased my Jaguar XJS from them, they've become more than just a trusted partner maintaining my vehicle; they are friends.

I could not be happier with the service from Bavarian Motorsport. A classic automobile is always somewhat of a challenge, but my Jaguar XJS is now running as well if not better than the day it came from Coventry. Excellent service and a friendly customer environment are their hallmarks. I would not trust my Jaguar XJS to anyone else.

I am running out of superlatives to describe the service I receive at Bavarian Motorsport. The team there take great care to assure that my Jaguar XJS runs well--and it does. I have purchased a Jaguar or two from Jaguar dealerships in the past and never received the level of attention and care afforded me at Bavarian Motorsport. There is a lesson to be learned here by Jaguar-Land Rover dealers: treat your customers as though they were cherished members of one's family. Bavarian Motorsport is an exemplary of this.

Replaced rear struts, accessory drive belts and did PA Insp / Emissions.

Provided list of possible other work that will be needed eventually.

We have a Tesla and all the places we found were in West Chester. I found Bavarian and it was so close!

The experience was perfect start to finish. I dropped off, walked to Kennett, had lunch and came back when done. They even gave me a free car ride wash!!

I had my truck detailed last week. The quality of the work was fantastic! I have had my truck and family cars serviced at Bavarian as well. Alex and Allison have been so helpful and kind and the quality of work is great! If you want quality and service go to Bavarian.

I recently got my car back from Bavarian Motorsport, the engine needed new camshaft sensors and chain. Car was running rough and now it feels like a brand new car! 1989 bmw 325 i.
