One of the best auto mechanic experiences I have ever had! Auston is very knowledgeable, friendly, throughtful, and enthusiastic. He not only took the time to talk to me about my 2017 Dodge Ram Promaster Windshield wiper issue over the phone, but was patient and carefully explained what he did when installing a new part to fix the problem. He also caught a problem with incorrect sized bolts for the arms, which another mechanic had not. I appreciate that he is considerate of the cost and of his customer's time. I highly recommend Battle Born Automotive and Auston, and I will certainly be returning for future maintenance and repair needs.
My highest possible rating for Auston! He is such an incredibly thoughtful, educational, friendly, and fair mechanic. I really appreciate that he has taken the time to show me exactly what is wrong with my car in a way that is educational for me. He is really patient and fair with folks who aren't experts in car maintenance. When labor on a major job was significantly less than he estimated, he let me know and reduced the cost accordingly. Would highly recommend! I don't think I've ever had a more positive experience with a mechanic.
Auston did a great job installing a 2-inch lift on my 2004 Jeep Wrangler. It is now the Jeep I had been hoping to begin building. Auston is super helpful and will explain any issues to you as you go. I recommend Auston to anyone who wants a good honest mechanic and will have him do future work for me.
Auston is super helpful! He worked on a jeep wrangler that had a terrible lift kit put on by the previous owner. He laid all out my options and got the job done really fast for a reasonable price! I highly recommend
