Crappest place to get your oil changed. Wants payment before job is done and sees you in a company vehicle and price goes up. Won't do business with them again
Great service. Normally, a short wait time professional all the way, thankful that they are in Bastrop.
The ticket price was a shock, but they did good work, especially when Wal Mart won't touch your car if your dipstick is broken.
The staff is so nice, respectful and professional .. They get me in and out within 20- 30 minute.. I love the comfort of being able to take care of work stuff and family things while waiting in the comfort of my car.. It’s the only place I use now!!
I got my oil changed at this business on May 18, 2021. My engine light came on when I cranked my car the next morning. My son who is a certified oil tech checked what was going on he said the oil filter was not tightened hardly at all and the plug was just pouring out oil. My son was at work and I needed my oil changed that day or I would have waited for him to do it. I called this business to tell them what had happened and instead of voicing concern they hung up on me. I do not recommend this place of business at all. If you cant be bothered to at least apologize for their mistake they do not deserve your business. I was on the phone for a total of 22 seconds.
They were very friendly. Despite having 2 cars in front of me, I was in and out pretty quick. The cost was very comparable to other places I've been. I will most likely go there from now on.
The guys there were super quick and professional, didn't have to leave my car! I just went for an oil change, but would definitely go back to them for anything else my car may need.
Great guys. I would always take my vehicle to them and you should too. Very professional and won't sell you anything you don't need.
