Ordered two double scoops in dipped waffle cones. Got one scoop of melted ice cream in one and less than a scoop in a bowl and the waffle cones were not dipped. Waste of money and not the first time we have been disappointed with this location.

Just ordered three 2 scoop cups, delivered by Door Dash (DD was great) and I will never order from Baskin Robbins again.

2 of the cups were acceptable sized scoops, but the 3rd cup was less than what would be in the kids sized portion.

This is the second time they have done this. We had decided to give them another chance but now wish I had just stayed with Dairy Queen.

I had ordered a cake for my fiancées birthday, he really wanted Mexican Chocolate Brownie flavored ice cream, Stanley was kind enough to explain to me that, that particular flavor was a flavor of the month ice cream and it was a mistake on their part that I was able to select it when ordering online. Stanley and his team resolved the issue quickly and were very accommodating to my changes. I couldn’t ask for better customer service from a company!

They literally told the Door Dasher they had no ice cream? But they are still showing as open, and there's people taking orders for ice cream. Make that make sense.

I should have checked the reviews, then I wouldn't have been surprised.

Went through drive thru last night as inside was closed. Waited over 40 minutes in line and was given one cup of ice cream when I ordered two. After arguing with me about my order and realizing she was wrong, the cashier yelled “F*** this job, I quit!” and slammed the window shut in my face. Moments later she appeared again with my correct order. Terrible experience. She should not have a job in customer service.

Highly recommend NOT going to the Baskin-Robbins. Sad experience, originally was going to DQ but they were closed, I’m assuming staffing issues because online they don’t close until 10. But anyway went to the Baskin Robbins ordered a small milkshake that was only 3/4 filled, then ordered a Sunday and gotten two scoops of ice cream because they do not have anything to make a Sunday other than the whipped cream. The total was $17 and gotten some ice cream and a half filled milkshake. Also took 20 minutes as we were the only one there but they were to get busy talking…

3 stars because ice cream is ice cream and its good. BUT I literally just was there I was made to wait for a moment at the speaker i ordered 2 scoops cookie dough and 2 scoops gold ribbon and cookie dough. All the “cookie dough” scoops were cookies and cream and on top of that I waited at the window and watched 3 employees standing talking laughing and then one finally comes over after a minute and cashes me out. There was no one else in line. And I had ice cream nothing else. On top of it sitting in the window done prior to pulling up to the window. ???? luckily cookies and crème is a good flavor but we Deff wanted cookie dough

I put in an order through Uber eats tonight and they had the driver there and it said preparing your order then out of no where was canceled because they didn't have something supposedly. When I had a big order. No call. No text. And they had ran out of everything on my order?? I doubt it. Don't order from here.
