Yuri responded quickly and helped us out big time when we lost a wheel bearing on i90 by Moses lake with a fully loaded truck full of granite counter tops! Towed us all the way to Idaho with no problems. Very experienced tow truck driver.

These guys go above and beyond! I was in a big pinch, and they still helped me! The driver was so incredibly polite, and even though I couldn’t pay up front, he was more than willing to work with me! We made alternate payment arrangements. He turned my crappy day into a much better one, and I’m so very grateful for their help!!
We broke down a few miles pout of town. Yuri was there fast and did a great job. He was even wonderful about lugging the two of us, two cats, our dog and our luggage to Moses Lake. And, after dropping our van off at the shop he took us to our hotel! He made a bad experience a not as bad experience. Thank you Yuri!

He was extremely helpful when I blew a tire later at night. I was told it would be about an hour wait and I don’t believe it was even that long. He was willing to wait for someone to come get me before towing my car and even held onto my keys for a day and dropped them off where he took my car because I was unable to get there and do it myself. Highly recommend this towing company!
I highly recommend Basin Towing. My daughter blew a tire while driving back to college on a
Saturday night. I live 3.5 hours away from where she broke down so I wasn't able to get to her.The tow truck driver came and waited for the police to show up before leaving so she wasn't alone. He dropped her car off at the auto shop and since they didn't have a drop box for the keys he held onto them until they were open. Great service all around! Very grateful for these guys!
This is THE towong company to call. They responded promptly and towed us all the way home to the other side of the mountains. Wonderful people and a great business. Would call them again in a heartbeat. The best around.
