Me and my family stopped by this place for lunch today. Are usual spot was closed for the holiday so we were looking for a new place. Basil Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine did not disappoint. The food here is great.
We ended up ordering 4 different appetizers and a large soup. This ended up being more than enough food for the 5 of us to share and still have a lot of soup left over.
This place is also very affordable, the bill for all this food was under $70 before tip. There aren’t that many places where you can feed 5 adults for under $100.

This was my 2nd time going, and it was ok. I am not a fan of Pho, but my kids and bf are, so we went here for dinner. I had a kids size wonton while everyone else ordered pho. As an appetizer, we ordered egg rolls and spring rolls. There was a bit of confusion, and instead of getting 2 orders of egg rolls, we only got 1 and 1 spring roll order that we didn't want. Instead of making a big deal over it, I decided to give the spring rolls a try. For the first time trying spring rolls, they were not too bad. Just did not like the peanut butter sauce they offer.
I loved the caldo for my soup. Everyone else thought their pho was just ok. One of my kids got more noodles than my other kid, and bf. My kid didn't really like the meat he chose while the other enjoyed the shrimpin his. The hot tea was good. Would be nice if they were to offer beer. My bf loves to drink beer with his meals, so he was a bit disappointed they don't have any.I don't think we will be going back anytime soon.
I used to go here often and then I noticed they gave lots of broth that's overly salty and less food so I tried other places but thought I give it some more time to see. Today was a great improvement. Good amount of food again and broth is not overly salty but what caught my attention was their attention to details such as the sparkling clean hot tea kettle and squeaky clean floor (it used to be slippery) and they even picked your basil for you! All you need to do is add it to your soup and enjoy!

I have recommended this place to several friends due to other people telling me how great it was. This was our first time eating here.
The servers are all friendly and accommodating.
What we ordered:
1.) Crab Rangoon A10 $7.99 these were just ok I like mine served really hot temperature wish these were just warm.
2.) Pork Fried Egg Rolls A2 $6.49 these were served hot ????????and were nice and crunchy and were tasty.
3.) Rare Beef Pho S1 $12.95 their broth is one of the best seasoned and tasting ones I have ever eaten.
4.) Banh Mi Thit Nuong BM 32 $7.99 the bread was fresh and veggies and pork was tasty and fresh.
5.) Jasmine Tea
Their prices are good too!

This is by far my fav pho place! I live in Bellevue n I’d come all this way to get my pho fix! Always busy in there!

Absolutely the tastiest vegetarian broth I’ve had in a long time. The regular size bowl is perfect mix of noodles and tofu, although, I prefer a little more veggies. Anyhow, the servers were kind and attentive.
My wife and I dine here for the first time. The restaurant was busy, but we got seated right away.
Fantastic service and good food. The Large beef pho noodle has plenty of meat.
We’ll be back again.

Sorry about the chicken bones the kids ate them faster than I could get my phone out ! The short ribs are delicious and the pho ???? best in town ! If your visiting the everett mall stop by basil's and warm your soul with a bowl of yummy pho !!!!
