The chicken and ribs were delicious! Very tender and juicy. My husband loved the baked beans. I wasn’t a fan of the potato salad. It was more like mashed potatoes salad with its texture and it was a bit too briny for my taste. But all in all a delicious meal and the price was
More than fair for the portions and quality
While I don't visit as often as I would like to. (They are a little pricey) Hands down BEST food I've ever had! Absolutely love their tender, juicy fall off the bone ribs. Not to mention their mouth watering stuffed potatoes! I always have to order both ????. I'm not a country girl, but I love their country cooking. P.s. their Brunswick stew....YUMMY!!!!
While in Douglas on business, I had asked a local where he would recommend BBQ. He tells me to try Barnyard BBQ. I took him up on his offer and ordered half rack of ribs ( which was more like the whole rack) side of potatoe salad and green beans. Hands down the best ribs I've ever had. If you like a wet rib feel free to add the delicious sauce but in my opinion there's really no need as the rib without sauce was phenomenal. The sides were just as good. I highly recommend this little gem if your in Douglas Georgia and in the mood for real BBQ.

The only negative was no inside dining, a screened in dining area would be nice to have. The restaurant has that" been here forever look" Firewood stacked on the porch vintage signs were scattered about the walls ,the restroom was a vintage (at least on the outside) Outhouse8
It is sooooo worth it! My first time two weeks ago trying rib dinner plate with green beans and tater salad with a side of Brunswick stew, this is sooooo good I was craving more!!! Today was my pay day and I had to go and get me some! Yuuuuuuuuuum yuuuuuuuuuum!
Great BBQ shack. . Lots of great food for a great price. Rib tips with sweet/ spicy BBQ sauce and stuffed potatoes to die for. The staff was very friendly. Picnic tables and take out. Loved the delicious experience. Thank you!
Barnyard barbecue,(IS) THE BEST BARBECUE PLACE AROUND DOUGLAS GA. AND SURROUNDING COUNTIES.THE FIRST TIME I TASTED THERE BARBECUE, I FEEL IN LOVE WITH THE FLAVOR FROM THERE SPECIAL RECIPE NOW I FOUND MYSELF EATING THEIR TWO OR THREE TIMES A WEEK. I EVEN HAD ME A SHIRT ORDER BECAUSE BARBECUE IS GOOD MUST BE MADE PUBLIC SO OTHERS CAN ENJOY THE GREATNESS OF BARNYARD BARBECUE
OMG this place is amazing. The meat was so tender it was like butter. it was so moist and tender every bite. My family had ribs and they was falling off the bone tender. Can't say enough the best BBQ I've had hands down. The 45 min drive worth it. Must try the sliders
