The whole staff at Barneys auto repair were very professional, courteous, and knowledgable. I went there for an alignment. I had a flat and the tire place put the wrong size on and Barneys caught it and notified me before doing the work. After fixing the tire issue, barneys got me in right away and completed the work I needed done. This is a fantastic place for car repairs! The prices are good and the service and care you receive is one of the best out there! I recomend them to everyone!! Me and my car, thank you Barneys!!!
I have been going to Barneys for brakes tires and wheel alignment for more than 50 years. They are truely the only place I trust. I never have too worry about them doing work that does not have to be done. Their dad was trustworthy and the boys are following in their dads foot prints. Dont know where I will go when the boys retire.

Very friendly until we turned down the added work that needs to be done in the future. I went in for a 4 wheel alignment, THAT'S IT! He preceded to tell me he couldn't do the front tires cause the front end is lose and needs parts replaced, understood. And it needs 4 new tires, which we knew about going in but want to get it aligned before replacing tires. Long story short because I turned down the tires and other work his whole attitude changed and got real short through the rest of the transaction. I was going to return to get the rest of the work done there but I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere
They replaced my fuel pump and broke off a plastic piece on my gas tank and didn't bother to fix it. He said you won't need it unless they test you for emissions. Well I live in Missouri and I do have to pass emissions. Not happy.
I have worked at Barneys for 22 years and we would never let any work like James said out the front door. We (I) don't let any bum work out the door. It is easier to fix the problem correctly than let it leave broken. ASE certified in all fields.
I called to see if I could just come in or if I needed to make an appointment. they didn't even bother to answer the phone. I went up there to make an appointment in person. it didn't even look like they were open anymore.
