Love this location. Places to read by the window facing a fountain. Plenty of tables with outlets for your laptop! And plenty of parking as well!
Love this location, spent way too much and there were more that I want to go back for. This location does a great job of putting a full series on their tables rather than just the latest releases. It was great to not have to hunt to make sure all books were in. One of the workers on the floor was VERY helpful and friendly (I wish I would have gotten her name)...gave book suggestions based on what I was putting in my basket and also even offered to grab a second basket for me because mine was full.
Very clean and organized. Friendly staff available and willing to help. Price match policy lacks. Found lesser priced books on other legitimate sites, and they wouldn't honor them. And they were the exact same book.
I have always loved book stores. This store is wonderful. I was able to charge my personal scooter. And found some wonderful books to buy on payday. Thank you Barnes and Noble.
Came with my wife for the midnight release of “House of Flame & Shadow.” We called far in advance to join the list, but once we arrived and came to the table they didn’t have any record of it (who knows if it was on us or them.)
Long story short, Delaney, a staff member sought us out and gave my wife the exclusive wristband - made her whole day. Thanks Delaney!
Needed to exchange a birthday gift my son received. Haven't been inside a Barnes & Noble in at least 20 years. Not much has changed! The store itself is huge(!), very well laid out, lots of space between racks/ areas, a great kids section with a toy/collectible area. There's tons of seating and plenty of things to choose from beyond just books. What a fun little trip. We'll definitely be back when we have more time to peruse.
Wonderful store! They have a great selection of fiction and non-fiction, their bathrooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. They helped me find what I was looking for quickly and I like their selection of stationery.
I’m going to give this store a five star review mainly for Marie at the Starbucks inside this store. Marie is a star player on this team. She went above and beyond to ensure I walked away completely satisfied with my beverage. Please recognize Marie for excellent customer care and warm, friendly, helpful service. Nice area to sit inside and out. Quiet, relaxing, comfy place. Definitely get your coffee/tea/beverage and food at this location. Great bookstore though with lots of books and other items. Kids area. You can sit and read books, magazines, newspaper, etc.
Plenty of parking as it’s at Tempe Marketplace.
