My son went in for a trim however he came out with this. I would not recommend this place with these barbers that don’t know how to do a simple trim. I’m never coming back to this place and avoid it at all cost!!! I can’t believe they hire people this incompetent to cut hair even my 5 year old son could’ve done a better job. The side burns are uneven and he got his hairline pushed back.
This would've been a great place to get a haircut if they actually knew how to work with thick curly hair like mine, which they don't. This was the worst barber shop I've ever been to! The lady who did my hair was too rough on it, couldn't stop pulling on it, and seemed like a complete amateur because later on I found that my hair was completely uneven and asymmetrical in the back.
This Barber shop is terrible! Don't waste $40 for a haircut at this place!

I came from West Virginia from a barber i had been seeing for 10 years. When I came to the valley, I had no idea where to go. Many people mentioned a place in Avon, but many mixed reviews. This place, the Barber's Den, was 5 stars and people online had nothing but incredible things to say about the place. I booked an appointment ONLINE (which, believe me, is unheard of in southern West Virginia and was so easy to use) and immediately knew from the moment that Jared started cutting my hair that he knew what he was doing. I can easily say I've never been so comfortable in a barber's chair. He understood exactly what I asked for. The neck shave at the end is a great bonus. Thanks so much for the cuts! Highly recommended.
Best place in the valley for a haircut. Simple to book an appointment. Never have much of a wait. Always friendly. They even let me bring my dog inside to hangout while I'm getting a cut. This last time I went in, I decided to go with a different general style and gave Jared free rain to run with the style and he knocked it out of the park. I'll never go anywhere else!
Great place. Attention to detail, trimmed my beard really well too! The best part is that the price is very reasonable. Best barber shop for men in the valley.
I try and give anyone who works in the service industry the benefit of the doubt. Dealing w rude customers, having a bad day, etc. but holy cow, this was the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I’ve had three barbers in the last year so I feel like I have dialed in how to explain what I want. Along w that I had my hair styled the way I wear it. This haircut lasted 12 minutes, she never pulled out a mirror to show the sides and back and never asked a single question. There was no small talk, how’s your day, etc. and I felt like I left with a haircut from a trainee at Great Clips. $35 + tip for that type of cut and in and out in that amount of time was a rough pill to swallow. When I got back to my house my wife asked me why I got a buzz cut. Long story short, I’m in the market for a barber since my old one shut down but this ain’t the spot for me.
Had jared cut my hair. Great attention to detail, freindly demeanor. There is a reason this guy is always booked out. Best fade in the valley!
