The haircut was alright. It wasn't worth the price. Having an active military ID doesn't get you a discount. Definitely only going to come here again if ABSOLUTELY necessary.
If I can cut the hair of an autistic child who wiggles aggressively and not butcher his hair like this, then I would expect someone who does this for a living to also not butcher the hair of an average seven year old! … ffs I honestly believe my 4 yr old could have done a better job
I normally get haircuts here and have a pleasant experience.
Today I got a haircut from a male barber(first time I've seen him working here so I was nervous) but he is meticulate, and great at his job I couldn't have been more impressed to be honest
I had a good experience there! Yes my normal haircut is the high and tight, but they did a good job with the fade and listened to what I asked. Everything seemed clean and there was ample space for waiting. I will be going there again when I can!
Went to get a hair cut. Got called to get my haircut..stylist used same dirty cape..didn't put a neck strip on..didn't clean the clippers.. didn't spray the clippers. Nothing was In the cleaning jars. Combs were re used ... blending was terrible.. didn't sweep or clean seats. I'm not sure if they are aware but different diseases from unlean hair tools. But honestly being on a base I am so surprised this place isn't already shut down. I know it will be soon if dhec comes. Horrible nasty place. Also last but not least the Asian lady signed for my payment. I am pretty sure that is illegal.
Omg. I told the lady I wanted a number 5. I swear, a #1 couldn't have been shorter. I might as well have had a shave.
That lady should be fired. If she doesn't understand a 5 isn't anywhere near that short she shouldn't have clippers in her hands.

If I could leave no stars I would! I don’t what it is about Maryland and especially this area but employees are so rude! It’s very irritating! I was waiting in the barbershop for five minutes not even a hello or any acknowledgment at all!! They just continue to cut hair and ignore you and they can clearly see I’m waiting! Never coming back, time to move back to Colorado where people are actually nice and welcoming to customers!!
I don't usually comment but today was the first time getting an actual bad cut there. Not all the Barbers are bad but one in particular should get more training the way she butchering hair. It's even worse when you don't listen and mess up the simplest of haircuts. A one even with the grain, that does not mean taper the sides with a high and tight. If you're unsure you should ask your customer, once you start cutting too low you can't fix or correct that mistake. Start high maybe a 2 guard and lower until you're sure qith what the customer wants. At no point should a haircut take less than 10 minutes. Mine lasted 4 minutes -5 minutes, I was in the chair and out the chair before the bald guy even finished his cuts. There is a reason everyone walking in avoid that person's chair unless they are like me and don't really care because I always get the basic haircut and leave but today my barber wasn't there. Just saying that particular barber needs to realize cutting super quick doesn't mean a good haircut and I will never go to her again.
