Ribs were really good and tasty. Would not recommend the family size sides. As you can see in the photo they are fairly small. Rib pack included 2 of the ribs shown and the three sides, beans, coleslaw, fries. Just under $50 total with 3 drinks.
We specifically said no slaw at all, instead 2 sides of beans and fries.
Well, we got slaw as a side each and it was on our sandwichs.
We both can't stand the taste of slaw, so that's $24 wasted.
The pork was cold as well. Not worth it. Place has definitely gone down after the new owners.

Came through drive through. Ordered fries and a sandwich. Pork was cold, bun was soggy, potato was microwaved lol. No coleslaw. Asked for my bbq sauce on the side and it was a quarter full. Very upsetting. Shack fries were amazing. No complaints there.
It’s honestly hit or miss most of the time. Shack tater is great and I like the bbq sandwiches. Service is ok and sometimes not great. Probably the most reliable bbq choice in Paragould.
The food is almost not worth the wait. Pull up at the first window wait 5 minutes they take your order drive around to the second window wait 20 minutes recieve your food.. they definitely need a better way to go about things because this isn't it
Really pricey, my baked potato was put in microwave and the cheese on it clumped up, shrimp was hard and dry, the only think good we ordered was a pork steak (2) and one of them was hot and the other was barley warm....for $70 I did not expect this at all...I will not be back. Go spend your money else where

This is their idea for 2 pieces of fish. Was more like 1 piece of fish cut in half. Didn't get the baked beans I ordered either.
