Had a great meal here. The Americano was good and the ham & egg croissant (toasted) was amazing. I also tried their cinnamon roll A+. Would highly recommend to travelers. The place was open early and was perfect for breakfast.
Twice the cost and twice the attitude from the workers when busy (team work is lacking, as I mentioned to one worker my croissant had been in the cooker a long time, the response was each counter worker has their own toaster and a walk away). To be fair they are dealing with rude Americans many times, guess I needed to be one to keep my croissant from being Cajun!
This location is inside the RAMSTEIN AFB so only personnel for the military have access to it.
The parking here is easy as military bases have plenty parking everywhere.
The lines are not bad, this is a time of social distancing so lines and wait is expected but not as bad....
They here take dollars and Euros, as well as they take cards.
I must be honest that I did not like their sweets at all... all the sweet items I had here were pretty disappointing to say the least, so much so that I did not even bother to remember the names.
However the savoury stuff is pretty good.
PRETZEL WITH BUTTER- this was my favourite item so far in this place. they have pretty fresh pretzels. the butter made it even better. I was crazy about those.
FITNESS SANDWICH - I am not sure what is in it, but the taste is pretty nice, I think it is some sort of cream cheese with some vegetables, but omg the taste is pretty awesome and I definitely recommend it.
this is a easy in and out bakery kind of place with light snacks and some less than appetising pastries, still I would say it is worth to try.
This place is so slow and does not staff appropriately. 0720 on a Thursday morning. 10 people in line, 1 person moving through an order at the pace of a glacier. But the good news is, the other staff on the clock are restocking the cooler and doing paperwork. Food is great, staff is kind but come on, 95% of your customers need to get to work. Plan accordingly, put more staff on the clock during your busy time and quit trying to make such a huge profit off our time waiting. It is valuable too.
Good bread, I honestly highly recommend has great chocolate yeast rolls.
Food is decent, but the last two times I've tried to go here, well after the supposed opening hours, they have not been open. Will amend if they sort out whatever issue they are having
The eggs are fantastic. They seem understaffed for the amount of customers coming for breakfast. Making service slower than It should be. It would be nice to have a menu that shows everything you can order. Definitely the place to go for a nice cup of coffee and breakfast.
Ordered a ham and cheese croissant with a salami bell pepper sandwich and oj for later. They did not give me my croissant. Make sure you have what you ordered. My lunch is now my breakfast. Probably not going here based off of service.
