The only negative thing is employee *RANA* poor behavior. He need to learn how to talk with people. He will ruin the business of BARAKAH AUTO. Wanted to give zero star for this person.
Brother uzzal is kind and knowledgeable but his employee name Rana his behavior is too poor.
Rarely you'll find an honest mechanic, and I believe Brother ujjol is one of the exception.
Barakah Auto repair is one of the best place to go, my car is 2014 honda accord it was huge vibration on highway no one found the problem but Barakah did. Also price is very good. And I am a student that’s why he gave me more discount. Thanks Barakah Auto. Highly recommend for everyone.
First time I went to oil change they broke oil cap, my car was new . Second time oil changed all oil dropped in side my car garage .third time I changed synthetic oil they give me local oil and my car completely shut down one week I had so much hard time go many places to fix my car . I asked many friend about him everyone’s same complain . He never say sorry about this damage every time he has answer ready .
This place is a joke. I took my car there to fix the problem with my window (it fell in the door). I was told the regulator was broken and it needed to change. The owner told me it was $250.00. I had to agree bc it was a weekend my own mechanic was closed. After waiting for hours he said he couldn’t find the part and come back on Monday(paid deposit) I went back on Monday and they ordered the wrong part.. I went back on Tuesday again the price went up to $300.00. After it was supposedly fixed I called them over 20 times and went there a few more times because they messed up the window. Window does not go up and even if it does it doesn’t closed all the way so whenever it rained it was getting wet inside. The owner kept telling me he was so busy and call him later for weeks. And the guy who supposedly fixed my window had no clue what he was doing. Don’t trust the 5 stars reviews here ; I read the reviews before going there and it was a big hustle. I made a claim to NYS and filed a dispute with my bank. The bank refunded the money I paid for nothing so I cancelled the claim. And I took the car to my own mechanic and he asked me if a toddler tried to fix the window. Stay away from this shop (especially if you are a woman); they have no clue what they are doing and they are extremely unprofessional.
Great mechanics and services here. They help pinpoint the issue you have and will suggest what to replace. Fair price and reasonable would recommend to bring in your car here.
