Amazing food and service! I happened to come on a Tuesday night and they were having a car show I didn't even know about! They have it every Tuesday during the summer so stop in if you're into cars! My only "complaint" (in quotes because it's not really a complaint) is that they no longer serve with the window trays like they did years ago. It's just in a bag now. The food is still just as delicious though!
Had a fairly big order. On a cool, rainy evening, pulled up and server came right to our vehicle. Was very friendly and efficiently took our order. Our ice cream and food was brought out within 5 minutes. Ice cream was solid and people loved the curly fries and cheese curds.
Historic drive-in restaurant within a block of beautiful Lake Superior as well as Baraga State Park. Baraga doesn't have a McDonald's, but the Baraga Drive-In holds its own. Food, for takeout or eat in your car, is very good. Their frozen yogurt is the best.
A fun experience and the food was good. We had cheeseburgers and while the burger patties were thin, overall it was an above average tasting burger. I would guess that it’s the best burger in the small town of Baraga. Fiancé also had root beer and a flurrie and I had a hot fudge sundae that i couldn’t finish and the bill was $25. We ate in our car but there is a lovely patio with picnic tables and hanging baskets of geraniums to create a pleasant atmosphere. Service was great too. We wanted to buy tshirts the waitresses were wearing but she said they were having trouble even getting enough for the staff. If they could get them in different colors, I think they would sell to tourists. We were camping at the Baraga state park next-door. The only suggestion for improvement would be to play some oldies music instead of the heavy metal that was playing.
Stopped today and had a Great fish fry...Great service... so I tipped well but was craving a root beer.. sorry but whatever it is your serving today is not root beer ???? very disappointed just a heads up...
Such a cute place, wait staff were attentive and sweet. Food was very good. Definitely worth stopping while in the area.
Had a great pizza burger special. ???? was hot & hot fresh fries. Until it fell off the bike & ended up on the ground in 3 pieces.
Young Deborah was so kind and fun to talk with. She recommended the jalapeno burger and it was delicious as were the chili cheese fries(reg) not curly. But the fries were enough for 2 people so beware lol. Great place to stop! Great food & great service.
