Best WLM Reviews

Stopped here before going to the movies. Sat at the Bar and ordered a couple martinis and appetizers. Megan the Bartender was so nice and made the best drinks. The Clover had great taste. Beach Bum was more on the sweet side but great taste as well. Flatbread was good, also the Spinach dip. Only thing is they gave way too many chips for the amount of spinach dip. (I got pico to go with the dip as well)
What I ordered: The Clover and Beach Bum. Spinach Dip and Roasted Veggie Flatbread
The background music was a little too loud for me. Had to speak loud to be heard in our conversations.
The presentation of the food is great! But nothing really special about the flavor of the food. Although, I have to admit that their French Onion Soup was different and really good!
Food is pricey but that's to be expected inside a mall.
Dining tables were roomy, didn't bump elbows with guests at our table, and tables were spread out far enough from other dining guests.
Came here for birthday celebration for a 6 yr old. Kids menu had better choices than the usual chicken fingers you see on menus from other restaurants.
If I was in the Great Lakes Mall again, I might come here for a served meal as opposed to going to Kerby's Coney.
So I went here tonight with my family. And I ordered appetizers. The young lady who was our waitress said that there was “NO napkins.” What type of restaurant has zero napkins. SMH we had to use napkins from the bathroom. Probably won’t be back. There are plenty of other restaurants in this mall to go to.
This place is disaster. Came today to have drinks. No bartender, instead they put some waiter who had no idea what the hell he is doing. Never mind he had no idea how to make drinks or even poor beer, but he also had no idea how to print bill. We spent there 1 hour just waiting around first for 1 beer to be poured and then waited for one check to be printed. Just horrible, it was no manager or any other person to help. Just very bad situation all together. Avoid this place
At first the service was a little slow but our waitress was nothing but kind and meeting our needs, shout out to Mirissa! The drinks were strong which I love! The fried pickles were sooo good! The burger was one of the best around. (I’ve been dying for an amazing burger and I got it!) All around I recommend coming here! I am for sure coming back!
Love the fact that the doors open to the outside patio, but other than that, everything else is no good. I had plastic in my food. THEY were quick to apologize and take it off my bill, but the service was slow! To the point we went to the bar to grab our own drinks. Step it up Bar Louie. You used to be a great hot spot!!
We’ve been to this location twice, 5 months apart, and both experiences were terrible.
We went in for dinner last night (Saturday). We weren’t greeted by anyone for 5 minutes. When someone came up, it was a server told us to sit wherever we wanted and when I asked if there was a section that might be easier for her, she was very rude about it. The host then sat us in a section all the way to the back, where the nearest occupied table was 5-6 tables away. They also told us that the wait for the food would be at least 30 minutes.
No one stopped by our table for 18 minutes. We watched as other tables were sat, greeted, and given drinks before anyone even attempted to come to our table. The server who eventually came over seemed to be in a not so great mood. She slowly came around and ended up being the only good part of the night.
When we ordered our drinks, they were out of the Paloma that I wanted that was on the menu. No big deal. We ordered a wine and an old fashioned. The old fashioned was nearly see through and completely watered down. We ordered the spinach dip to start. It was still half cold and the presentation was sloppy. We weren’t given plates for our appetizer.
For dinner, I wanted to order the salmon. They were out of that, too. We settled on burgers. They were good, but burgers are pretty easy. We were given to-go ketchup packets to use for our fries. Our server was very nice though, and brought out fresh fries for us without us even asking. Again, she was great. I have no ill will towards her. She was sweet and apologetic, I felt bad that she had to deal with so much.
For our second round of drinks, they were out of Stella (the beer my husband wanted). The server informed us that they were out of a ton of the beer selections.
It was loud, messy, and overall chaotic. We overheard people leaving and complaining very loudly about their bad experience as well.
No manager seemed to be present. No one ever stopped by or even made an attempt to check in on us, or any of the tables we could see.
I truly do not understand how this location is still open. They’re always out of menu items, we’ve been told the kitchen was behind both times we visited, and the servers have been rude to us. I get that when you’re busy and dealing with having to tell guests you’re out of stuff constantly, it can be easy to be in a bad mood. We all have bad days and are only human. What I don’t get is why the customers get to be the punching bags.
Awful. Absolutely terrible. I came for a birthday dinner and it was awful. The food was terrible. The cups were filthy. Our silverware were filthy. Everything was over seasoned. We had to send stuff back on multiple occasions because stuff either was incorrect or over seasoned. If you have high blood pressure, don’t come…. If I could rate ZERO stars I would. I definitely don’t recommend. It was very dark. For some reason they dimmed the lights basically all the way(as you can see in the pictures). Our table and under the table were filthy. They definitely didn’t clean anything. It took an hour to get our food and 3 out of 7 peoples items were incorrect. I’d eat White Castle before I’d come back here. I don’t recommend.
