We tried Bar Code & Grill based on the reviews, and it did not disappoint. The food lived up the hype! The grilled rib tips were cooked perfectly and the most tender I have ever tasted. The fried catfish strips were seasoned perfectly as well. The whole chicken rings were amazing too. The vibe was welcoming and festive. Everything was served in styrofoam carryout containers. Great music, but it's slightly too loud to have good conversation while you eat, in my opinion. I will definitely go back the next time I visit St. Louis.
Good vibes and fresh made food. The drinks are strong, the prices are nice, the TV’s are big, the music isn’t too loud, there’s plenty of space to sit, stand or dance, and the crowd is welcoming! There’s security inside, hookah, a dart board, a jukebox and a pool table too.
My first visit Thursday night: 30+ to enter which is nice. Clean calm atmosphere. The DJ couldn't decide between soft and sensual, or crunk and twerk. His mixing threw me off a bit. The drinks were good and the food was hot.
Mr. Cedric the bar owner was absolutely wonderful. Great food, good atmosphere, and very enjoyable. This is not our first nor will it be our last time going to the Bar Code as we had a fantabulous time thanks Mr Cedric!!
Bar tenders are quick and have a great sense of humor.

This place makes you feel like Norm from Cheers, the atmosphere is chilled, ppl are friendly, and the food is on point. Friday night Karaoke always has a good vibe.
Our plane had issues so we had to stay overnight and we found this place. Hands down, the best atmosphere, and food around. You just have to experience it for yourself. ????????❤️ Hospitality level 1000 straight Expert Mode!!! Check em out yall!!
