This place was cool ???? the drinks were good, definitely more sweet than I like but they have options for lessening the sweet factor so next time I'll try that! The kids loved the waffle treats ????
I've been here a few times and it's okay, the milk teas have a weird flavor where you can tell it's a powder mix. I'll never come back after today though, the boba they served me was so soft and mushy and GROSS it literally look grey in the bottom. maybe he gave me some kinda jelly that's not boba bc it was not even the right color but either way I asked for boba.
I drove all the way from boulder to check out this place because of instagram. They literally had two pages of stuff that they were out of. They didn’t even have the containers that this special drink my kid wanted. Of all things the guy didn’t even get the order correct. It seemed very mismanaged and kind of dirty there. I didn’t even order anything because it was so disappointing . What a depressing place .
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
The name of this shop is fitting as it should be banned. The tapioca was not the right consistency -it had a weird flavor to it (when it definitely shouldn’t) and the tea flavor was not good. Gave this place a chance despite negative reviews but was very disappointed.
We came down from Cheyenne for this place as they were featured on a food denver instagram and looked amazing. The employee was fine, good service and kind of a neat store, but it was dirty where it shouldn't be, they were out of their egg waffles and out of the bear shaped cups. Tea was good though.
Went because of the cool Instagram video, false advertising, they had nothing from that video. No bear cups, waffle makers were extremely messy and unsanitary.
Understaffed and had no coins for change in the register... I ordered a strawberry green tea and it was just strawberry syrup. It was gross. Friend also ordered a jasmine milk tea and said it tasted like coffee and threw the drink out after two sips. Do not recommend and will never go back.
The aesthetic of this place is so cute. Their bear theme is awesome and I loved to see all the different artwork they have displayed! The teas have been awesome. The honeydew milk tea is one of my favorites! I also have had the coffee milk tea & oolong milk tea, which also we're both very good. None of them were off the top sweet, which I actually really liked compared to me usually liking extra sweet drinks! The to-go cups are also adorable and reusable. Will definitely be visiting again!
I ordered a large Taro Slush with 50% sugar and the guy at the front made it sweeter than any other taro tea I've had (a lot). After a few sips I told him it was way too sweet for me and can he please remake it. He pretty much said no and there's nothing he can do about it but have me order and pay for another one. His customer service sucks and I wouldn't recommend going to this location.
