Best WLM Reviews
Small but clean restaurant with "hole-in-the-wall" feel was not very busy when we came for lunch. We ordered the hot tea, basil fried rice with shrimp, and pad eggplant with tofu over rice. The tea was good and the food was ready pretty quickly. The eggplant dish was delicious; the fried rice had good flavor but the rice was a little too dry, have had better at other restaurants. If I'm in the city and craving Thai food, I'd eat here again.
We decided to try this new thai restaurant with high hope based on the review .. Overall , most dishes we ordered were pretty salty , maybe they put too much fish sauce .
After the meal there, we were up pretty much all night because we were so thirsty, needing to drink water lol. As much as I wanted like this place, we probably won’t come back here as there are so many other Thai restaurants we have to explore !
I give this place a 2nd try because last time I tried it was almost closing time. Yet the result is still the same. Any dishes that are sour will be very sour to my taste (I love spicy and sour), for ex: papaya salad, tom yum. Other than that, any dishes not sour taste good., like pad thai or fried rice. Anyway, because
Best thai-food I have tastes outside of Thailand! The food was really tasty and authentic. The lady who worked there refilled our water everytime it the glass was empty. It was simple, but so good!
Another Thai place in Sunset. Very nice and friendly people running the restaurant. Food is good too. Pad Thai had a different taste than what we are used to, noodles were thinner and had more veggies. Pad Kee Mow beef was flavorful but little oily. Good Egg Rolls. Portions were on the smaller side. Will look forward to trying other items soon.
I've stopped by twice now. First I had the Duck Curry and since I don't eat rice I had a Salad. Crazy delicious! The Duck was cooked perfectly, the Curry was out of this world and even the Salad was impressive. I couldn't wait to go back. This time I had the Green Curry with Pork and a Salad. They didn't disappoint! Phenomenal and I can't wait to go back.
My daughter took me to Bangkok House Thai Noodles the other evening. All I can say is wow. So glad I know about this place. All the food was fresh and flavorful. I look forward to returning.
Fantastic!
Seriously, best Thai place I’ve been to in the city. We got the pad thai and pad pak, both of which hit the spot. My girlfriend is a very picky eater, and they gladly customized her dish to meet her allergenic needs.
The service was lightning quick (like, 10 minutes from ordering to eating), the prices were very reasonable (both dishes for under $30 before tip), and the atmosphere is just fine for a little lunch spot. Will be coming back again some day!
