Was told it would take 30 minutes for arrival. It took me calling 60 minutes later for them to say we will be there in 15 minutes. I asked for some kind of discount 3xs which the guy just kept repeating "oh were on our way, I'm the manager". So something that should have took 30 minutes had me standing around for 1 hours and 20 minutes just for the arrival of the tow truck. ???? No thanks! No discount, waste of my time and bad customer service.

Their service was very fast, understanding and worked with me on the price. Would definitely call them again

I had such a fantastic experience with Banana Towing! They got me out of a dangerous situation very quickly when I had a flat tire in a bad area and were so kind and courteous. I almost cried! I'm so thankful they were there to help. They even recommended a great tire shop as well.

This is the guy to call when you need something moved on a flatbed and I mean anything! He actually moved a bendpac four post lift for me and a small block Chevy engine plus several vehicles. Great guy with a positive attitude ????

Gus was punctual, polite and very helpful with my problem I needed to call a tow service. I’ll amend this more when I have more time.. just had to get this done. Well deserved, thanks!

After waiting 5 hours for another tow I got cancelled on and was left stranded at 12 at night on the side of the freeway. Gus came and picked me up and was extremely hospitable and kind. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough.
