Best WLM Reviews
The establishment was dirty, duck sauce and hot mustard were the consistency of jelly. Were they out of date? By the taste I would say it was. The two orders of each meat and rice were combined and given to the wrong person at the table. The food was served in portions, one person was almost done eating by the time the rest of the food came out. Didn’t ask for a to go box because the food was disgusting. My bill was almost $100 for next to nothing for food. A kid in the corner that “worked” there watched us during the whole meal. The whole experience was disturbing.
The spring rolls are the absolute best, the egg rolls are delicious, don't over look the ma pu tofu that stuff is magical.. fried rice not as good but I love this place forever!
Don’t let the rough building exterior deter you, Bamboo Garden offers exceptional Chinese food at affordable prices. Offering both takeout and dine-in options, Bamboo Garden has large portions at a low price and friendly service as well. They also have one of the best egg rolls I’ve eaten (which comes as a side with their boxes). If you’re looking for fast service and good Chinese food, Bamboo Garden is sure to meet or even exceed your expectations.
Ordered the pu pu for 2. Literally it is only for two. Two pieces of each item in the platter, but delicious!! Can not say how good the food really is. Just order a little extra if your used to american Chinese food with the astronomically huge portions. The fried rice, honestly I was skeptical about at first as it was not a deep brown as I am used to but OMG, the best fried rice I have had in such a long time.
The hot and sour soup was not hot and sour. There was no straw mushrooms or wood ear mushrooms and didn't find one piece of tofu???? the shrimp with lobster sauce had nice big shrimp but too many green peppers which I've never seen served in the dish.
A little secret hidden in Mechanic Falls! Great food -- DELICIOUS. We moved from Auburn and were looking for a Chinese restaurant that was comparable to Wei Lei. While not exactly the same -- the quality, taste, and value for your money is great. This place is our new go to!
Food tastes great, fast preparation, and friendly service. We had take out, got General Tso's Chicken, Vegetable Lo Mein combo meals which come with an Egg Roll, a Crab Rangoon and Pork Fried Rice. All of it was great!
A small take out place with a couple sit down tables. Restaurant definately out of date and could use many improvements to the environment. However, the food was exceptional. The lo mein, chicken curry, and shrimp with lobster sauce were made worn fresh ingredients and were delicious. The cream cheese wontons were homemade and perfectly cooked. The pot stickers and sauce... amazing and homemade. The staff were friendly and accommodating. 5 stars for the food, 3 for the environment.
