Was looking for a new place to eat and ran across this place, so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm so glad that I did! People were very friendly. I ordered the country fried steak sandwich and fries. The sandwich was huge and very good. I'll def be back! Give them a try, you'll be glad that you did!
Stopped by today to meet a friend for lunch - great place! Food was very good, service was great, and staff friendly. I had the catfish plate and the filets are huge! Sadly I live more than 2 hours away from this restaurant. If I lived nearby I'd be a frequent customer for sure!
Food is great service is awesome and definitely get your money's worth on the food portion
Worth a drive even from winfield had my food in hand and out 15 minutes and it's not a fast food place and tasted better too
Good food that's not hard on the wallet. Very nice and respectful employees. I have to stop every time I go through Detroit, even when I'm not hungry.

My co-worker and myself were traveling through the area. As we always do, we kept our eyes open for a little local place to grab some lunch. We passed Bama Boyz Grill and made a hasty turnaround. Not even slightly disappointed that we did! We walked in and were greeted like family! The wonderful lady that was running the front made us feel right at home and chatted with us while still being extremely efficient at her job. (Something that I am not good at. Lol). She helped us with suggestions/questions, took our order, and made us our sweet tea. We sat down for a very brief period and our food was brought out, hot, fresh, and aromatic! Will definitely make the trip just to revisit this little jem! Only about a 45 minute drive for me. That is absolutely nothing for food, service, and hospitality this amazing!
