My hair came out great, but the customer service was terrible! I was sat after walking through the door, but still somehow waiting two hours to get my hair started. Only after I mentioned to them how long I have been waiting
The lady doing my hair didn’t say many words she’d just grab my head and twist it how she wanted instead of simply telling me what to do. I got there at 10am and only left at 5:40 pm :/ for 180 it wasn’t worth it. Listen to the reviews and find somewhere better

It was my first time there and I loved my hairstylist. She did a very professional, job. I recommend if you want knotless braids And neat go there they do a very professional job thank you I will be back
I asked for Senegalese twist and the women who installed them didn’t do it properly. My hair was unraveling and the knots on the top were entirely too big and the braids were alll different sizes. When I spoke to the owner 3 day later she said she would charge me $120 to reinstall which I don’t think is fair when I already paid $180 for hair that wasn’t done right and didn’t even last a week. Me and me sister have been to their salon a couple of times before and the way a mistake was handled was very unprofessional. I was hung up on over the phone and when I went to the salon she was very rude and acted like she didn’t want to bothered. Extremely disappointed feel like I wasted my money and my time. Will not be returning and would not recommend this salon again.
I usually just go to Baly for knotless braids but this weekend I tried knotless twist for the first time. I like!!!! I definitely recommend!
This is the best braiding shop in pa , baly is the best .all the workers are good !!this is the best shop to go too . If I can give the shop a 100 star I will ❤️????????every time my hair came out great ,I never left the shop unsatisfied
My braids came out so cute . My hair is short bout 2 inches got knotless and they did a very good job
I’ve been to this salon for two different styles one in the beginning of June and had a great experience with the tall woman with the first chair by the door . They were AMAZING! Yesterday I went and had a not so great experience for but went this morning and Mary #1 was nice helped me with my issue. I just started to get braids, I’m happy I chose them as my first shop experience and will continue to choose them.
Baly’s salon is awesome! The ladies are very friendly, the salon is always neat+clean, and the service always meets above expectations. 10/10 Experience every time!!
