Never heard so many lies in one time frame. Claims he has a six bay shop downtown,, it doesn’t exist. He paints in a mildew dusty garage bay. Promised a deadline, didn’t meet it. Ignored phone calls and text. Ruined a $30,000 dollar car. Had to rehire someone to fix it at double the cost. Do not use this business for anything. Not even changing your windshield wipers.

Terrible place, Do not trust them!! I called them to come get my daughter's car after it went into a ditch. It was not fully wrecked. However, the front arm snapped and the radiator was messed up. Everything else on this car worked before I brought it to them. Every week they tell me it's ready and to come pick it up.. Each time I bring it home something else breaks and they keep asking for money. Total scammers!! Now 6 trips later, check engine light is still on and now AC is smoking!! I will not go back to give them any more of my money!! I will take it to someone else and find out exactly what they have done. My daughter is 16 and how can they do this to a kids car. I am already worried about her being a new driver but now I have to worry about what they have done to her car that puts her at a greater risk!!
Also during this time my husband had them fix and bleed his brakes. $350.00 later they said come pick it up, it's ready. Breaks were not bled and in the same condition as when we brought it.

Serpentine belt broke on my explorer on labor day in a parking lot. Called and they were open, he even came out with a trailer to tow my vehicle to his shop. Him and his employees did the repair right there on the trailer and had us up and going in no time. Super nice people, very reasonable price. Much appreciated!
I recently had my engine replaced by Ballenger Auto Repair. They did such a wonderful job. I am so grateful for the owner’s help. He came and picked me and my brother up when we were stranded on the side of the road. He gave us an honest price on a new engine and did above and beyond the work required to get the job done. I HIGHLY recommend this business. They do excellent work and the owner is a great guy to do business with. :) When I came to pick up my explorer he even had the outside cleaned and polished the wheels. It looked like a brand new vehicle inside and out. He kept me informed every step of the way while replacing the engine and troubleshooting any issues. I am so happy with the quality of work done. 100% recommend this business to anyone in the area who needs auto work done.
Just picked up my daughters 2010 Honda Accord from Ed at Ballenger's Auto Body in Carthage. Best body shop experience I have ever had. No fancy showroom, no comfortable waiting room and it is a bit out of the way from Lebanon, but none of that matters. Great job at a very fair price. Couldn't be happier with the work or the people. Ed looked at my car in Lebanon on Tuesday and we got the car back on Friday (same week). Amazing. Highly recommend giving Ed a call.
Sadly a single mom traveling to her destination to start a new in a older suburban had issue stopped here for a basic tune up was told her ball joints needed replaced, with no knowledge in mechanical work she trusted this shop. She had to stay in a motel for 2days for work that was said would be done the next day. Of course her life issues isn't the shops problem but after being charged for a basic tune up some spark plugs and ball joints$1250 is outrageous when she was told$65 hr and this job definitely shouldn't have took 2days especially when she was told just 1. She was seen a mile away to be scammed. This is horrible to take advantage of a lady not knowing anything about cars. The worst type of mechanic is a dishonest one.
Took wife's car here after an unfortunate incident with a deer & thought all was good until we realized the headlights no longer match, the bumper started falling off, & now just dropped $650 for a new radiator at a place to fix his shady work. The condenser he charged my insurance for was never replaced & ruined the radiator! All cheapest parts he could find & had to fabricate his own methods & clips to hold bumper on. Which is falling off again. He'll be lucky if I don't hire an attorney due to his shady work. Definitely stay away from this rip-off!!!
