NEVER USE THIS COMPANY I had them booked for over a month. Less than 12 hours before we were to be moved they called stating "I wasn't thinking when I said I can move you". You called me at 11am the day before to tell me you could do it, even said I'll see you at 8am. How do you call someone back 4hrs later and say you weren't thinking??? It's called a bigger job. On top of that you made me get a storage unit to put my ENTIRE house in.
The date we had Schedualed had to be move due to the weather.
But he did call early to explain he couldn't because of the rain fall. I know very little about this type of thing. But him & his wife was extreemly sweet.They explained the process of what they do & why it had to be rescheduled. I was greatly appreciative that they took the time to explain the process & requirements needed for them to do what they do. They are a amazing company/people and people who doesn't mind educating people like me who knows very little little about what the do. If your looking for a honest company with honest people, Look no further.
This company has a very good reputation. The 2 reviews by Mr. Lott and Mr. Elias are not forthcoming with why Ballards had to cancel. They neglected to say that the appraisal fell through on the lot they were supposed to put it on and found out only 3 days before the mobile home was to be moved that there was another appraisal that needed to be done before they could buy the property. They had found another lot to put it on but it needed a trans lift to get it in and Ballards doesnt have that equioment. So yes, while it's true it was cancelled a few days before, it's not true that it happened the way these two men described it. Ballards goes above and beyond to try to help any way they can.
Do not use this company.
Everything was going well. The day before they were to move our home; they dicide to cancel. These people are scum.
Great company good people give them a call!
