It seems like the cook in the front (maybe he is the owner) makes up the price is as he wishes and cutting corners. I doubt they use good quality food and it seems like a pretty shady place. He even pretended like he forgot the salad for the customer in front of me. I didn't even get a salad with my meal. Never again. I DO NOT recommend.
The food is very delicious and the quantity for the price is also worth it, but restaurant needs new furniture or upgrades. The staff was great specially the old man was cooking and also taking orders at the counter.
The plate was too poor ,the kofta chunks were so small and burned, Chicken piece was raw from inside,honestly it’s not the first time we got this ,I will never order from them again , So disappointed
I ordered for a pickup and specifically mentioned no carrots and raisins yet they still put it in there. This was not the first time they made this mistake. I ordered 3 kabli combo and 2 beef and chicken combo. I posted the pictures, the portion size is horrible. See the chicken and beef combo, barely any meat but overflown with rice. The kabli combo is good however messing up orders every time is horrible. Overflown with raisin and carrots when I specifically said not to. Also, beware you are supposed to get salad with the combo but they won’t tell you that, you gotta ask for that. Poor service, quality definitely dropped big time There are other better afghan spots, spend your money there.

Over priced, very low quality - gave microwaved food - the guy is greedy, charged hefty price of $40 for lamb shank and a baklava. They are finessing people of their money, and had the audacity to confront the customers and say the tip is not enough. Terrible terrible experience. Would never give my money away to greedy people like this place
Authentic Afghan food! Definitely recommend the daily special. The lamb shank goes falls right off. Everything here is fresh and cooked on the spot.
