I would recommend this place to anyone. We had some issues with our truck while traveling. Baldwin Auto Repair was very friendly, quick to diagnose the problem and got us back on the road in a little over an hour. We are very impressed and thankful for their service, honesty and great prices.
I was very impressed with their service! A couple weeks ago I had to get my car towed there because the screw that connects the alternator got broken off somehow. I came there after they were closed but they still helped me anyway. They were very helpful, I live 2 hours from where my car broke down so it was very fortunate they were still there. They also tried to let me go for free, I couldn’t let them do that but overall I was so pleased with their kindness!!
I came in not knowing exactly what the issue with my car was and they were quick to find the issue and take care of. Great customer service as well! I highly recommend them.
Traveling with our motorhome several hundred miles from home when began having unexplained engine issues. Aaron spent several minutes into hours to diagnose the difficult to find problem. The whole time was incredibly kind and explaining the various issues. He was very knowledgeable of multiple issues and very reasonably priced. Even gave us business card with name to contact if continued problems on our travels
