The subs are some if the best flavor combinations. I like that they fresh slice the meats. Service is hit or miss. The last time I went in, I asked for my child's sub to be a combo, they charged me for the adult combo, which costs more and did not include the cookie. I asked if they could correct it, but they were confrontational saying it's my problem. Also the pepperoni rolls were served cold and no sauce. I'll still go back because their subs are still great.
I grew up in eating at the Baldino in Hinesville Ga. My husband and I now live in Columbus ga. Drove 2 hours to get a number 15 the baldinos way. Wrong sandwich. I called to tell them they gave wrong sandwich.... was told I was yelling and everyone makes mistakes. They offered to remake the sandwich but why would I spend another 2 hour to get there and then 2 hours back home. If I didn't want to do that its my fault. Waste of gas, waste of time, and was asked if I even know what is on the sandwich I have eaten for at least 40 years. Will never go to this Baldinos location again.
There is too much bread to meat for the price. It has a good taste, but if you order the 13 inch, you get 3 inches of just bread. They also charged me for cheese, but they did not add it to my sandwich.
Sandwich quality had gone down significantly since they opened. Whoever makes the sandwiches now needs to not make them so gross and wet. My bread was sogged through anf falling apart.
Restaurant & staff are nice. Definitely not the taste I remember. They used to put soul in those sandwiches. The bread was a bit stale & they don’t carry a lot of meat. I got the Italian special & it’s meh ????. If I go back, I’ll have to see if they’ll make it more appetizing if I request certain things.
It’s usually ok, sometimes really good. As I sat staring at my boring stir fry sammich with dry bread I then discover hair in my food. Returned the rest for a refund because who wants to eat more after that.
I just went to pick up an online order. I went to the counter where I usually go and watched multiple workers give at least four other people their orders, but never acknowledged me with a hello or even made eye contact. Had to go back to the register for help and when I picked up the order, the person who ignored me previously had the audacity to say “thank you.” Do better‼️
Delicious sandwiches and super friendly customer service. The bread on the sandwich is a little too thick for my preference, but it is very good. Not a complaint, just a preference. I will continue to eat at Baldinos! Better than most others sub sandwiches.
