Big shout out to these guys! Moving from San Diego to Oregon & engine misfiring issues got us stuck in Bakersfield.
They not only were able to diagnose the issue right away but fixed it for us & had us back on our way in 2 hours. Price was super fair & still in disbelief with the speed & quality of the service. Huge thanks to Emiliano - will recommend to anyone!
Legit business????. Friendly, knowledgeable, and overall good customer service. We had issues with the engine on our Dodge Ram 250. Hector gave us options to rebuild the engine or have it replaced. Guy was not pushy whatsoever. He gave us a timeframe and completed the job in that timeframe. Estimate was pretty close to the initial price. Good vibes all around. Had a very positive in-shop conversation with Emiliano and was excited to have them do some work for me. But when I placed a follow-up call this afternoon, I spoke with Hector. While answering my questions, he became frustrated and hung up on me.
We all make mistakes. But this is unprofessional. Considering when choosing a shop.
Ok they did the work and so far everything is working, first thing is my car uses synthetic oil and they used regular, i am not familiar with cars at all but they left things disconnected, I noticed after my trip to Colorado that my air hose coming from my engine was not tightened it was loose and I was missing my engine cover and a wire wasn't plugged in, now a month later I'm getting my car smogged and the guy comes in and says another thing is not connected and I would have failed smog if he didn't notice, thankfully everything they left disconnected is minor and has not affected the use if my car but when you trust someone with fixing your car you expect to get it back exactly the way you gave it to them with everything in place. Safe to say I will NOT be returning.
I called and received "same day" service for a full synthetic oil change on a Saturday for a Volkswagen Passat.
I received excellent service and their price was very reasonable and affordable for a German foreign vehicle.

Haven’t been to see these guys since I moved from Bakersfield but I’ll be back. Most honest shop I’ve ever dealt with. Great service always and they are honest people.
