Had high hopes of getting a nice Neapolitan pizza after seeing some pictures on the website. Couldn’t be more disappointed. This was the worse pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Floppy, flavorless, chewy crust absolutely pitiful. $20 after I tipped for what amounted to be nothing more than a flop fest soggy mess. Tasteless. Never again.
Wonderful staff, great food, great happy hour pricing. Not too crowded.
It’s been years since I’ve been to Baker’s Crust. Today I went for brunch with the ladies and enjoyed myself. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable. Cindy our waitress was friendly and very attentive, and the food was fresh and tasty. I had the chicken and waffles with a side of strawberries and whipped cream. The flavors complimented each other nicely. Will definitely be back again soon.
Went yesterday for happy hour and while the food and drinks are fine, they raised their prices a lot and changed their happy hour to only 20% off certain drinks. Also, they charge all bills 3.5% for "inflation" which is absolutely bonkers because that's not how inflation works. We are already experiencing inflation and restaurants aren't supposed to be charging us for that. Terrible decision by the company. Our waiter was lovely, however.
I visited the restaurant on Mother’s Day around 5pm with my family, hoping for a pleasant dining experience. However, our expectations were not met. Despite being the only ones waiting for a table, we were initially told it would be a 10-20 minute wait. After observing people leave and still not being seated by 5:37, I inquired again, only to be informed of a 45-minute wait due to kitchen delays. The manager eventually intervened and seated us, acknowledging the kitchen's backlog, attributed partly to carry-out orders. Despite promises of an appetizer, it never materialized, and our main dishes were delayed by another 30 minutes. Overall, while the manager attempted to rectify the situation, the experience was marred by extensive delays and unfulfilled promises, leaving us disappointed.
A simple update on the status of our wait at the 20-minute mark would have been appreciated. Moreover, the prolonged wait extended beyond seating; even settling the bill seemed unnecessarily prolonged, with staff seemingly occupied with tasks like sweeping rather than expediting service. This lack of attention to customer service throughout the entire dining experience only added to our frustration.
Food was phenomenal today! The breakfast was enough to feed my 18 month old and I. We definitely enjoyed it to the fullest. My waitress was exceptional too! Will most likely be back everything was fantastic.
I typically go to the BC im Greenbrier but came to this one to meet a friend for lunch. It was really big and spacious inside which was lovely. Food was just as good as other locations. Nice to have consistency. Our service was ok. Nothing to right a wonderful review on but nothing to complain about either. Overall a nice experience.
This location is one of the newer Baker's Crust. Very updated, spacious and clean. They are abiding by all Covid regulations with social distancing and cleaning. On this visit we came in on Saturday for a late lunch. We were seated immediately. They have a lot of seating even with the spacing.
The service was pleasant and quick. Our drinks were never left empty and our server was attentive. The food came out quickly. We ordered the Tuna Avocado Poke as the appetizer, which is one of my favorites here. For our main entrees we ordered the Shanghai Tuna Salad, Fish Street Tacos and Kids Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup. I'm very picky about Fish Tacos and this was surprisingly very good. All very delicious, no complaints. I would definitely come back for all of the items we ordered.
Overall 5 stars for service, food deliciousness, cleanliness and atmosphere.
