Iv had two separate very bad experiences with AAA in Buffalo since I moved here. First time I had a flat tire and the tow truck from this business that helped me ripped off my front bumper when we went over a curve - he actually admitted to me after that he messed up hooking my car up but figured it would be fine… while I was riding with him to a tire shop his walkie talkie repeatedly went off with communication from his buddies and the entire time they were talking about women and it was quite explicit. He actually had to tell his guys to shut up since he had me in the car at the moment- he was quite embarrassed. If AAA wants to keep my business they need to have higher standards for the third party tow companies they partner with.

I have a 1996 Buick Roadmaster Estate wagon collector's edition. Bayjek's Automotive got hurt back to purr like a kitten sometimes she wouldn't turn on when I turn the key it was the Opti spark unit and I needed a tune-up that was like a month or so ago and my girl is running beautifully

Owner is a real piece of work. Go somewhere where the owner respects other human beings. This guy does not judging by his social media.

Needed a tow for our dodge viper after the tire blew out and the driver was a huge help. He took his time loading the car carefully, stopped to grab ramps for easier unloading, helped back it into my garage and was pleasant, professional and patient then entire time. Highly recommend!

I will definitely be using them agian! they made sure I got my car back the same day and only did the repairs I needed even though I thought I needed more. my car drives so much better and the staff was very polite and professional
