I feel bad writing this review because, at the end of the day, someone owns this place, and seeing it fail, I know it must be difficult, but with all due respect, it is just a NO. The place itself has a lot of potential. It’s in a great location, and the inside of it is decent. Customer service: I’m just going to keep it real, the servers/ bartenders are just a bunch of chicken heads that don’t look professional or carry themselves in that manner. The food sucked. I got birria tacos, and the birria was served in chunks. The consome had a mole sweet taste.The drinks were ehh I had better. We went on a Thursday the whole time we were the only customers. This is the type of place where you have a quick cheap shot and keep it moving. They told us that they have a DJ on the weekends and dancers as well. I have not been here on the weekends; however, even with that, if you don’t have the right staff who care for your business, food, and inviting atmosphere, this place will not survive unfortunately.
This place was terrible. I would not recommend to spend your money here. Trust me. The whole time I was disappointed and dissatisfied with the food, customer service. The tacos were cold and server asked me to reheat it. The servers were all bad in general. It has potential but a really bad experience. Only good thing might be music lol. I hope the owner reads this for some constructive feedback (:
We had a great time! Desiree took care of us. She was so personal with the five of us. The food was delicious. The cook actually talked briefly with us. It was a little loud playing music (80's - 90's electronic dance music), but I loved hearing the old songs. A DJ was just coming in when we finished eating (if you like DJ playing ) Strongly recommend!
Food was good . Had aguachiles and my husband had chicken fajitas. Happy hour margaritas were bomb with chamoy.
A good place to drink and eat, in addition to the good service I like the place to dance. I will definitely visit this place again. good dj
Stonewall Democratic Club hoster their Super Bowl RiRi Concert Party in this space. OMG fajitas to due for. So good. Portion sizes are awesome. Got to meet some incredible people like Alex Mohajer the club President, and Congressman Adam Schiff! Not to leave out how fabulous it was to see Special Election candidate Marco Santana hanging out. It was so much fun to spend time with Mayor Konstantine Anthony. Great to see Mahomes beat those cheating Eagles!! Go Niners!!
I wouldn't come back here. The service was terrible. I got the all you can drink package and after one drink no one checked on me at all. I'm typing this now as my drink sits empty. I also ordered food with my drinks and after 20 minutes I still haven't received. They need to step up their customer service a lot if they want to survive. I've tried to come here a few times and to finally get here I was highly disappointed... they realized my order never went through which is why I never got my food. Would had been nice to offer a discount or something for the mistake and the delay. They also haven't offered me another drink yet. Terrible terrible terrible service. Avoid by all means.
I came to this place for the first time I took my family. They have New Ownership of Bajas Grill. The Latina waitresses were very slow,the waitress need faster training. I had to get up and get my own napkins for me and my family . I ordered my food and it took 45 minutes to arrive in my table for me and my family. The food was OK. If you’re looking to see any SPORTS GAME this is not the place at all. Adults and Sport Fans Do Not Bring your Family to this place. They have TVs all over the place but I couldn’t even watch 1 single Game because they kept on changing the channels. It was a bad experience in this place. This place is for Drinks and Drunks. And top it off my Bill came out to $150 and they over charged me $180,$30 extra for idk what? I had to call my Bank to get my Refund they tried to Scam Me and Steal my Money in this place. I will Never ever come to this place again. ????
