This was our second time coming here and I honestly forgot how amazing the food was. Highly recommend eating there because they give you three different bottles of sauce at your table to smother your tacos in and each sauce is delicious.
We got the octopus taco which was cooked to perfection and flavourful.
The Mahi Mahi taco which was the same and a fish burrito.
I also got the machodilla which was filled with chicken and bell peppers and onions along with the Chipotle sauce. This was my absolute favorite!
I also tried the chicken taco, and the quesibirria taco. Both were really good. I don't think I'll get the birria again however because the consume didn't have as much flavor as I like but none the less it was still great.
We will definitely be back!
Read about this place and decided to try it! First off, ordered chips and guacamole. Chips smelled like old grease and tasted horrible. The waiter did bring back a new basket that were better. Old grease
Is so nasty. Then my husband got his grilled fish taco and grilled shrimp taco. Fish piece was size of an index finger! No joke! Two tiny shrimp were in the taco. Both had a lot of cabbage though????. Beans tasted like a can of Rosarita were opened and heated up in the back. Honestly, it’s sad to be so negative but this place was really talked up and was a major disappointment ????
The young man at the counter was very nice and attentive which was the only star! My daughter ordered fish and chips. The fish pieces were not crispy but limp and had a weird aftertaste. The fries were tasty and crispy. Overall a sad Friday night out for dinner☹️.
The best Mexican restaurant in Temecula! I just came back from Cancun & Playa del Carmen and Baja’s Catch Fresh Grill measures up to the top rated restaurants there with an extensive menu of seafood delights that never disappoint. Always fresh this is the place to go for delicious seafood and a friendly staff that will make you feel like part of the family!!! Great music and atmosphere don’t miss this extraordinary culinary experience!!!
Family friendly atmosphere, music inside and on patio was so inviting. We strolled in and everything was amazing. The food was hot, fresh and brought out presmtty quickly. my kids loved their fries and tacos. This is a go to spot.
Easily the worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. If you can even call them fish and chips? Very floppy, wet and off smelling. The service was okay. They wouldn’t refund me even though I hadn’t eaten it. Exchanged it for a Cali burrito that was also a flop. Oh well. On to the next. Definitely surprised they are still open. Do not recommend.
Edit: the bite I did have of the burrito made me sick. Please don’t eat here :/
(11 year old daughter reviewed lol) The place was clean when we walked in and it felt like we were by the sea. They had great service when we ordered. The carne asada fries were so good. The meat was cooked perfectly and they didn’t put too much cheese. I also recommend the calamari. It was nice and crunchy. The burrito was also very hot and the meat was perfectly cooked too.
The place inside is small, but the food is good. They have the best Baja sauces and their burritos are real good. Meat is good quality and great flavors. I go a few times a month when In the area
MUST HAVE!!! My boyfriend and I just visited for the first time after our workout today. Baja was down the street and seemed like a wonderful spot to try. We both were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming atmosphere and menu— we ordered a few types of tacos, including the marlin, shrimp, battered fish, Carne, Asada, etc. as well as rice and beans, and we were amazed at the quality of our food. It was also fresh and tasted delicious, including the salsas! Victor was a wonderful presence at the front counter, and we will certainly be back!
